Everything is very nice and the bathroom is super spacious

The upstairs apartment at Jeffrey’s was wonderful with beautiful views of the sea and fishermen pulling their boats up on the beach. It was well-stocked and very comfortable. The space was light and airy with high ceilings and big windows, very artistic. The views from the balcony were expansive. You could access the beach easily. Jeffrey was very responsive and super friendly, very helpful. Best place to stay in San Juanico, would stay there again.

The apartment has a spectacular view! Not to mention the convenience of having the pool right outside the front of the master bedroom or the living room since it is on the ground floor. It has a very good location, you can walk to the main restaurants, the esplanade and enjoy the views. From the moment you arrive, Tom welcomes you personally, makes you feel at home, and is always very attentive and helpful. The apartment is modern and new, and fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

First off views are insane. Place is very nice. I read reviews on finishes but you have to remember its Mexico. Arturo and his team were lightning fast with responses to questions as well as super flexible. Great place. Honestly this place would be 2k+ a night in So cal. Ill be in a better location but if youre looking to spend time in the Rosarito area this is a winner.

Beautiful unit, and a very cool property. Me and one other friend stayed for 3 days and had a great time. There’s two masters and both have deck access directly from the rooms. More than enough room for 4 people. They also have a filtered water line installed in the unit so helps a ton to not worry about that! Pools are a good hang. We found the main pool to be more entertaining than the rooftop pool, but it’s still cool to go up and see it at happy hour. Lots going on at the beach too Overall location is a bit odd from an access standpoint if you’re planning to explore and drive, but is still only 15-40 minutes from most places (downtown/golf courses) Overall, would definitely recommend.

This was our 4th Airbnb on a 2 week road trip and it was the best. It was spacious, beautifully decorated and well outfitted. It was an amazing find especially for Fort Stockton.

This is our second time staying at Xochitl’s fabulous condominium; it’s clean, convenient, spacious, and the view is gorgeous! The nearby restaurants are excellent! We went to Cardon twice during our stay; it was fun driving there and back in her golf cart. Thank you for the excellent stay!!😊
