Relax in our newly finished house, open kitchen living dining rooms, and balcony on second floor along with 1 bedroom, en-suite bath. Half bath all filled with natural sunlight.

While ground floor has 3 master suites each with en-suite bath, separate entrance to outdoor side-yard.

3rd floor Roof deck has view over the century city and Hollywood sign on a clear day.

The space
This is our 2 story 3 bedrooms with extra sleeping area as 4th bedroom, 4.5 bath. This is a detached ADU, off an alley, 3 car parking spaces side by side, please follow painted blue/grey/green lines, not white.

Keep voice and noise at minimal when outside, as neighbors are in close proximity. Quiet hours are 8am - 9pm.

Guest access
4 bedrooms 4.5 bath house, with entrance off the alley. street parking permit is available upon request in advance. no street cleaning to be worried about, EV charger for Tesla at $20 per day payable via airbnb money request, has to be calculated entire stay duration. Not individual days.

Other things to note
We are off an alley. Short walk to expo metro station on Sepulveda station. Please do it disturb front house residents.

I am a stay-home mom with our 8 yo Amy and 5 yro old Lauren. My husband, Fabian works for LA county as a psychiatrist. My parents recently retired from being casino dealers. We enjoy having guests from around the world, sharing our homes, and exchange experiences, love trying different recipes, and I consider myself real foodies, love to make new friends. I was born and raised in Beijing China, lived in South Africa for 5 years during high school while we mom worked there, and landed in Las Vegas for the first 8 years before I met Fabian on Eharmony. He is a third generation Mexican, born and raised in Los Angeles, spend his undergraduate years in Las Vegas, medical school New Jersey, and finished his residency in Reno, Nevada. We enjoyed traveling together: South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Russia, Mongolia, China, Japan, Korean, Mexico, Guatemala, Ecuador, Peru, Columbia, Chile, Easter Island, France, Cuba and most recently Costa Rica. Greece, Turkey and Italy, Germany, Czech Republic, and Austria. My husband has been to most part of Europe, Southeast Asia, and South America before we met. Our next trip is back to South Africa/Namibia for a 12 night cruise, and Dubai for a few days afterwards. A big thank you to other airbnb hosts and our guests for making all our traveling dreams come true.
