Guests say this area is peaceful and it’s easy to get around.
This is a cozy unique unit with its own private entrance. It is 4 blocks from the beach and is located on a dog park in a large Victorian house. It comes with two beach badges! It is in a very desirable location. It is a 4 minute walk to the downtown Restaurants and shops. It is short walk to Asbury Park and restaurants, in 8 minutes. If you leave the house you walk straight and are at the lake, and the restaurants and shops in Asbury Park. It is a few minute drive to Jersey Shore hospital.

The space
The rental is located on the ground level of a Victorian home that over looks a dog park. Please make sure you would be comfortable in staying in a basement level unit before booking. There are stairs to the private entrance for the unit. The entrance makes it completely separate from the rest of the units, off the side of the house and leads to an outdoor courtyard with chairs. The couch is not a futon or sofa bed, but an additional guest is welcome to use it if booked.

I allow more than one pet for an additional fee of 50.00 per stay.

Other things to note
Two beach badges are included for guest use! Daily passes are 13.00 for the Summer.
