Super luxury Private Pool Villa. 3 Bedrooms in Private Estate. 24hr Security. This villa was a new build and professionally decorated/furnished to premium standards for a perfect holiday. Great for families, friends or couples. This is truly a place to lay back and relax in style. 1.5km from Jomtien beach.

The space
Beautiful 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms villa with private pool and garden, in a private estate with 24hr security.

Located right at the front of the village, for easy access to everything, and free private parking on the driveway.

The property includes a fully fitted kitchen (with washing machine), living room, dining area and relaxing garden.

Upstairs chill out areas, with bathtubs in several rooms & a pool table provided.

All internal rooms have separate air conditioning units, ceiling fans, smart TV's and an independent fibre optic wifi connection is provided.

We guarantee an absolutely private stay. No sharing, no disturbances.

6,000 THB security deposit in cash (any currency accepted) will be collected upon arrival by our rental manager and refunded on departure, subject to any damage/additional charges.

For bookings up to 28 days electric is subject to fair usage which is 75 units a day. You shouldn’t go over this if you turn the air con off and lights off while you're not in the villa.

For tenancies of 28 days or more the tenant will be fully responsible for the full electric and water charges accrued during the stay which will be charged at the standard government rate.

Additional cleaning is 1,800THB per clean and includes 1 x clean and 1 x change of all bed linen & towels. For bookings of 7 nights or more, we provide one complimentary full house clean, including fresh bedding and towels, for every 7 nights of stay.

There is private parking on the driveway of the villa.

SMOKING WITHIN THE VILLA IS NOT PERMITTED however guests are allowed to smoke in the garden. Smoking within the villa will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
