This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
Crockwell is an eighteenth century spacious Farmhouse with accommodation for 16+ guests across seven bedrooms, including family rooms with optional cot and z-beds. The house is the perfect spot for hosting and entertaining, with a generous fully equipped open plan kitchen dining space, further formal dining room which doubles as a snooker room, a sumptuous cosy sitting room and extensive gardens and grounds. Crockwell is an ideal base for exploring the South-Northamptonshire countryside.

The Farmhouse consists of:

Open plan fully equipped kitchen and dining space for 8 - 10 guests
Sitting Room
Downstairs WC
Formal dining room to seat 16, which can also be set up for snooker (please specify your preference on booking).

All bedrooms are situated on the first and second floors:

First floor:

Bedroom 1: Superking with large family bathroom (shared with Bedroom 7, bunk room).

Bedroom 7: Small cosy room with single bunks.

Bedroom 2: Kingsize with additional single bed, en-suite bathroom (shower and bath).

Bedroom 3: Double with additional single bed. En-suite shower room with WC.

Bedroom 4: Kingsize with ensuite shower & WC.

Second floor:

Bedroom 5: Double

Bedroom 6: Single

Shared family bathroom for rooms 5 & 6.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire Farmhouse. There is ample free parking on site.

The ground floor is wheelchair accessible, however bedrooms are situated on the first and second floors.

Other things to note
Note that the kitchen dining space seats 10 max. The formal dining room seats up to 16. If set for dining, the snooker table is not useable. Please specify your preference on booking.
