Located in Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort on the first floor. Extremely short walk to the beach. The gated resort features 2 pools, 3 restaurant's, tennis courts, & a playground. Condo is newly updated featuring an open layout to include dining room, fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms (Queen bed,2 twin beds, and one rolling folding bed with mattress). All TVs are smart TVs & feature cable.

The space
Within minutes of numerous restaurants and Tanger outlet malls.

Guest access
As a guest at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis, you will have access to pool, restaurant with beach view as well as two other restaurants. Also access to tennis courts, bike rental, playground and fitness center.

One parking pass included in stay. Any others are $35 per vehicle.
