KazaSunset welcomes you in an open, warm and typically Creole living space.
The massive furniture in precious local red wood (mahogany) fully contributes to the atmosphere of the place, between authenticity, charm and tropical sweetness.
Sea side
The deck terrace offers a spectacular 180° sea view of the Caribbean Sea.
A real chill-out space where you can:
• lounging in the hammock
• enjoy the deckchairs
• enjoy the sea breeze
• admire the sunsets
An ideal setting to slow down, breathe and simply enjoy.
Living Area
The open space allows you to fully experience the indoor/outdoor experience unique to the West Indies.
You can:
• Cook with sea view
• relax in the living room
• enjoy board games
• use the foosball table
• browse the many books available
Night side
Your private suite has been designed for comfort and rest.
There you will find:
• high quality bedding
• a king size bed with mattress topper
• an additional double bed depending on occupancy
• a ceiling fan above each bed
The living room also has a daybed, ideal for an extra bed.
Terrace & atmosphere
The deck terrace, its hammock and its rest areas overlook a pleasant Creole garden, participating in the peaceful and natural atmosphere of the place.
Things to know about the garden
The garden is private:
• to the occupants of the ground floor accommodation (Kazachat)
• to our animals
• to the owners
The garden gate is their independent access and cannot be used.
You have other outdoor accesses to reach the sea on foot or by car.
Guest access
Access & configuration of the accommodation
KazaSunset is located on the 1st independent floor of an atypical Creole house composed of several levels, where we live as a family.
The accommodation is accessible directly from the road by a private external staircase.
Parking is easy and possible in the immediate vicinity in the alley in front of the house.
Night space & capacity
The suite has two double beds, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests.
The room can be air-conditioned only at night, to preserve the thermal comfort and natural balance of the place.
Check-in
Self check-in is possible when arranged in advance.
All the necessary information will be sent to you before your stay.
Private access
Your private access is on the road side.
Your space includes exclusively:
• your floor
• your deck terrace
• your suite
• the interior spaces of the accommodation
Things to know about the garden
The garden and its wooden door located below are private:
• to the occupants of the ground floor accommodation (Kazachat)
• to the owners
• to the animals of the house
These spaces are not accessible from your accommodation.
Sea access
You have several external accesses to reach the sea, including a passage along the garden from the outside.
Other things to note
The rate shown is for basic occupancy.
A supplement per person per night applies beyond the first guest, children or adults, depending on the season.
This pricing reflects the actual use of the accommodation, including bedding, linen and maintenance.
The accommodation allows you to sleep:
• up to four people in the suite
• an additional person in the living room
The master suite includes:
• a king size bed (2 x 2 m) with mattress and mattress topper
• a double bed 140 x 190
The sleeping areas are separated by a screen.
The living room also has a double daybed (non-air-conditioned) with ceiling fan.
Air conditioning is provided only for night use, during sleeping hours, with doors closed.
As the room is naturally cool and ventilated, with ceiling fans above each bed, the air conditioning must be:
• off during the day
• turned off during your absences
Continuous use would lead to overconsumption incompatible with the balance of the place.
A local mahogany table is available for your meals or to work facing the sea.
Thank you for never feeding our animals.
Our cats have a strict diet and are perfectly cared for.
The room is forbidden to them.
No outdoor animals are accepted.
The space must be cleaned:
• cleaning done
• dishes washed
• garbage cans emptied regularly
We have access to the accommodation via an interior staircase overlooking the living room, only for the maintenance of the house and the care of the animals, according to the scheduled.
