The space
This lovely Demuth Park home offers guests every amenity needed for a quick getaway or an extended stay in the Coachella Valley.
Living Room: Relax into the comfortable (convertible bed) couches as the light fills this space and mountain views can be seen through windows and sliding doors. As you sit in this spacious, airy room, you will enjoy watching your favorite movies and shows on the HD television or the sunset over the mountains.
Kitchen/Dining Room: This open concept kitchen has all the modern amenities to prepare meals and room for four people to eat at the counter and a dining table that seats six. Your side-by-side fridge with an ice maker and filtered water will keep you hydrated as you enjoy the desert warmth. The gas stove and oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker will give you the tools you need to make delicious meals. Plates, glassware, utensils, and separate plastic dinnerware and cups for the outside area are available to make your vacation comfortable and complete.
Bedroom 1:
The comfortable king bed faces the pool where you can watch the sunrise out the sliding glass doors. Quality sheets, blankets, and a comforter provide a cozy and relaxing nest to rest in. Midcentury details throughout including a small original attached bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, fluffy towels including washcloths just for removing makeup.
Bedroom 2: This spacious bedroom boasts a large closet and garage access. Watch planes descending from this secure and private room. Comfortable sheets and a lux, velvet comforter cover the relaxing king bed. There is plenty of space to store your clothes in the double dressers in this room.
Bathroom 2: A full-size shower offers shampoo, conditioner, fluffy towels including washcloths just for removing makeup and all other bathroom basics.
Bedroom 3/Bonus Room: The bonus room off the pool includes an HDTV and a Trundle day bed that can sleep two. Bring the Xbox/play station and let the kids enjoy their own air-conditioned space while the rest of the family relaxes. There is no closet so this is not a bedroom by Palm Springs regulations.
Private Yard:
Outdoors – Lay back and choose from many comfortable lounging options in the back yard all with amazing mountain views. You can fire up the BBQ and enjoy your meal in the outdoor dining area or lay in one of the four lounge chairs under the sail shade. Enjoy the year-round 8-foot deep pool where you can jump in from the upper deck. You will be cool in the pool during the summer and heated in the winter (optional). A cantilevered umbrella is situated poolside if you wish to escape the sun while cooling off in the pool. Once you have had your fill of the pool, you may want to sit around the gas outdoor fire pit or soak in the hot tub while watching the stars come out after sunset. After dark, the dining, lounging, and gaming areas are brightened with cafe lights, so you and your guests can choose to play bocce, ladder ball, or cornhole on the bocce court.
Pets are welcome. Waste bags provided outside, so please clean up after your furry friends. $100 Pet fee.

Other things to note
Pool cleaning- the technician on Tuesdays and Fridays and will have access to the pool.
The gardener cleans on Tuesday mornings.
There is an optional fee to heat the large pool at this home suggested from November through May. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. The cost will be $120/day and a two-day minimum.
The spa will be heated at no extra charge.
