The space
This modern 5BR/2BA home sleeps up to 10 guests and is the perfect place to call home during your stay in Colorado. We designed this home to provide you with comfort and convenience during your stay as you enjoy your visit to the area.

With easy highway access, some of the best parts of Denver are only minutes away - Denver (20 minutes), Boulder (25 minutes), Golden (20 minutes), Highlands/RiNO/LoDo/LoHi (15 minutes), or Red Rocks Amphitheater (25 minutes) along with easy access to mountain areas situated close to I-70.

For families: a highchair, children's dishes/cups/silverware, outlet covers, baby bath, toys & books (ages 0-3), pack n play, and baby gate is provided and always at the listing!

THE HOME:

🛏 5 Comfortable bedrooms (3 King + 2 Queens) equipped with memory foam mattresses, soft linens, spare pillows & blankets, white noise machine, mirror, full closet/dresser & a desk in both downstairs bedrooms

🛁 Bathrooms – 2 full bathrooms (upstairs bathroom has a bathtub), hotel-style towels, and complementaries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, washcloths, hairdryer, first aid kit, and a make-up mirror

🍳 Modern & updated kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook at home or enjoy take out + coffee bar with complimentary coffee & tea, filters, creamer, & sugars (including a Chemex for pour overs with filters provided)

📺 Bright and spacious - 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs with plenty of space to relax and unwind in style. Perfect for large groups who want a place to gather to relax or have 2 separate options to watch TV or hang out, with the downstairs living room also having a foosball table for fun! Enjoy movies on either smart TV with Netflix and additional screening options provided.

🚗 Covered, GARAGE parking that fits 2 cars and a large driveway that can fit an additional 3-4 vehicles. Option to close the driveway gate for secure parking!

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home, garage for parking, yard, and private driveway. There are no shared spaces here! You are welcome to park 2 vehicles in the garage as well as an additional 3-4 vehicles in the driveway. A garage code is provided with check-in instructions.

Other things to note
This home is in a residential area so we ask you to please be respectful of noise and our neighbors. We do not allow parties and this home is not 420 friendly inside or outside the property to be courteous to our neighbors & future guests. Failure to comply will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.

We allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs only. There is a $100 pet fee that is applied when making your reservation so we kindly ask that you please include your pet when booking! We ask that you kindly keep your pups off of all furniture and pick up after them in the yard to be considerate of the lawn and future pups & guests enjoying the space.

There is a ring doorbell by the front door and exterior cameras around the property for safety/security. There is a security camera by the garage to ensure safety for your vehicles and overall driveway access.

Neighborhood highlights

This neighborhood is in between Westminster/Arvada and extremely close to a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, highway access, and more! It is a residential neighborhood 20 min from downtown Denver and 25 min to Boulder and conveniently located to a variety of restaurants, businesses, grocery stores, and things to do. We recommend getting a rental car for the full Denver/Colorado experience. Uber/Lyft will be enough if you plan to explore the area locally. We also have a few parks near our home. Our neighborhood is safe, calm, and quiet where you can feel comfortable taking a walk and exploring! This neighborhood is a few blocks away from a train which you may hear during your stay.

We are 15 minutes from some of the best parts of Downtown Denver/Highlands/RiNo (etc), 15 minutes from Lafayette/Louisville, 25 minutes from Boulder. We are located right off of Highway 36 - super easy highway access!
