Relax with the whole family at this peaceful 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house. It’s an older home, well maintained, and kept clean. Decorated with our children arts, books and crafts, and my favorite plants, please help take care of them while staying inside.

The space
This is a single family home, with a dedicated paved parking in the front yard for guest. And we also have free street parking without street cleaning.

2 bedrooms with queen size beds each, tuft and needle mattresses, fitted sheets, pillow cases and duvet cover, no flat sheets will be provided. 2 fluffy pillows for each bed, and a full bath with tub/shower combo.

Fully equipped kitchen, double ovens, full size fridge, Keurig coffee maker, and smart indoor grill, water filter, and rice maker, pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates cups and glasses.

My dad lives in the back room. And attend the plants and trees in the backyard.

Guest access
Guest has access to the entire house, except a back room and garage, reserved for owner use. Guest will stay in our house in the front. Host's dad stays on the property in the backroom, may bring anything that’s needed for front house, or help with laundry.

I am a stay-home mom with our 8 yo Amy and 5 yro old Lauren. My husband, Fabian works for LA county as a psychiatrist. My parents recently retired from being casino dealers. We enjoy having guests from around the world, sharing our homes, and exchange experiences, love trying different recipes, and I consider myself real foodies, love to make new friends. I was born and raised in Beijing China, lived in South Africa for 5 years during high school while we mom worked there, and landed in Las Vegas for the first 8 years before I met Fabian on Eharmony. He is a third generation Mexican, born and raised in Los Angeles, spend his undergraduate years in Las Vegas, medical school New Jersey, and finished his residency in Reno, Nevada. We enjoyed traveling together: South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Russia, Mongolia, China, Japan, Korean, Mexico, Guatemala, Ecuador, Peru, Columbia, Chile, Easter Island, France, Cuba and most recently Costa Rica. Greece, Turkey and Italy, Germany, Czech Republic, and Austria. My husband has been to most part of Europe, Southeast Asia, and South America before we met. Our next trip is back to South Africa/Namibia for a 12 night cruise, and Dubai for a few days afterwards.
