The space
Welcome to your home away from home whilst in Trivandrum , a spacious artistic airy home with gardens and patios on all sides. Completely different from most standard homes you will find the stone work, inner courtyard and terraces delightful.

Guest access
Entire ground floor with living dining bedroom kitchen and patios. You also have a great reading area. Please note access though to this reading room upstairs on the first floor is NOT part of our designated guest area of the house (which is the entire ground floor), but available as a perk especially for long term guests.

No filming or photography allowed without prior permission.
Hosts reserve the right to visit the property coordinating a convenient time and sufficient notice, minimum of 1 full day (except in cases of emergency) with the hosted guests to check premises and or to retrieve or safekeeping belongings in the personal space of the hosted guests to; that is the bedrooms upstairs under lock and key:
Maid services are Rs..600/ visit ( sweep, mop, kitchen bed- bath linen turnover & toiletries refill) Personal laundry , wash dry fold done on site extra 100 rupees.
