Welcome to this comfortable, relaxing home! Suburban neighborhood feel in the front, country feel in the back with a large pasture that borders the back yard with horses often present.

The space
Bedrooms have room to stretch out, ceiling fans and comfortable king and queen sized beds. Living room has a sleeper sofa, 2 very comfortable glider chairs and will welcome you. There is a table and chairs in the dining area as well as a small bistro breakfast table for two in the kitchen. Appliances are new in the kitchen and the kitchen is well appointed with the things you need like dishes, pots and pans, etc. The screened in patio in the backyard has several chairs and tables, and overlooks a large horse pasture of the neighbor behind the house. Often we see horses, ponies, donkey and sometimes hear a rooster in the distance! The backyard is fenced. This is a family neighborhood, and close to all kinds of restaurants, stores, and adventures including a beach, manatee tours, fishing, boating. Minutes to the Suncoast Parkway!There is the Gulf of Mexico, fresh water springs and lakes all nearby. Lots of festivals throughout the year and so many things to do!
