Centrally located in La Grange, the Kindness Capital of Kentucky. Welcome to the hallmark of small towns where the train rolls down Main Street over 30 times each day. Walk to locally owned donut and coffee shops, Farmer’s market, playground with splash pad, and restaurants. Spend your day on the Bourbon Trail or Churchill Downs before relaxing in the Hot Tub. Driving distance to the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter, The Slugger Museum, Falls of the Ohio, and Mega Caverns.

The space
The Cozy Express is tucked away at the end of a quiet road offering privacy, plenty of parking, and serenity. The property connects to beautiful and newly renovated Spring Park. The park has a fantastic play area for children, a splash pad, and a pavilion for the farmers market. Adding even more intrigue to the property is a constantly flowing spring.

Under the covered front porch are two rocking chairs to unwind after a day of sight seeing. Enter the front door to a newly remodeled home with plenty of seating, a large ottoman to put your feet up, and a smart tv above an electric fireplace to catch up on your favorite shows.

All three bedrooms have sound machines to give you the comforts of home and usb ports in the King, Queen, living room and work space to charge your devices for pictures and directions the next day.

The large kitchen is welcoming to all and makes a great place to gather and enjoy a meal. After dinner, step out on the back deck for a soak in the hot tub on the covered deck with privacy curtains or sit around the fire in the Adirondack chairs located in the backyard.

The third bedroom offers bunk beds for our smaller travelers and a tv and pac-man arcade to entertain while the parents unwind.

Feel free to park in the driveway but if you need extra space there is plenty to use with the property being at the end of the road.

Other things to note
The fireplaces are electric and put out great heat and ambiance should you need that extra bit of warmth. The bedrooms all have blackout shades and the king and queen also have blackout curtains for those who really like it dark when you sleep.

The master bedroom light has a stunning light that can change from cool to warm light with the remote along with a 6 speed fan!

A great coffee bar with start-up Dunkin Donuts coffee pods located in the silo next to the coffee maker.

The hot tub has an area to put ice to have cool drinks while you heat up.

The Pac- Man arcade game has several games for lots of entertainment.

Neighborhood highlights

The Cozy Express is perfectly located close to everything while still offering privacy and space! You are a three minute walk to Doughbaby Donuts and two minute walk to the park and Main Street!

There are only three homes located on the street and the next door neighbor is quiet and super polite.

You can hear the spring running 24/7 if you step out the front door.

And safety? Only a four minute walk to the police department and 1/2 mile from the fire department!

Visiting from March to October? Save your gas and walk to the farmers market and see what all the local farmers and artisans have to offer!
