Modern but full of character, College View is a bright and spacious first floor flat with two double beds, an open plan living space, kitchen, bathroom and stunning views. Great for anyone commuting or working in the area as well as visiting the Peak District with a short walk to the train station and town centre. Paid car parking £3.80/24h and on street parking available nearby.
The space
Academy of Dance has been in the heart of Chesterfield's families for many years, and we take pride in being able to give homage to a space which was once used to bring up the likes of beautiful ballerinas. We took on this project around in 2022, to create 4 spaces for our guests to enjoy Chesterfield and the Peak District, being able to stay somewhere stylish, modern, yet with touches of history. As a family, we enjoy welcoming you to our corner of the world, and have a passion for creating spaces to allow guests to enjoy their visits.
College View is a one bedroom flat, with 2 double beds, filled with light through its large windows and high ceilings. Previously, a dance studio, this space offers high ceilings and is flooded with natural light and history. As you enter, you will be welcomed by modern features, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, hob and utensils), an open area to relax, a double bedroom, further double bed tucked away in a private area and a large shower room.
This first floor apartment requires climbing a steep set of stairs. It is likely to suit small families, friends, couples and solo travellers alike. There are designated work spaces and fast broadband for those looking to stay for work.
Toddlers and babies are welcome - we can provide a travel cot excluding linens but don’t have a high chair. Please make sure to add them to your booking and let us know if you need a travel cot.
Please note, pets, smoking and parties are not permitted in any of our properties. Max 4 guests in two double beds.

Other things to note
There is no parking at the property itself, however there are 2 nearby car parks with extremely low daily rates (from £3.80 for 24 hours), and lots of options for on street parking (just look out for permit restrictions).
There is no washing machine in the property, but washing can be arranged in our cleaning facility on site for a charge of £5 per wash / dry.
Unauthorised guests and visitors are not permitted - please check that only the amount of guests booked for enter the apartment, we do monitor that this is followed and our prices reflect each guest.
Booking on behalf of someone else?
To help maintain transparency and trust throughout the airbnb community, you can’t book on the behalf of someone else unless you're staying together. Airbnb require all personal travel reservations to be booked by the guests themselves because Hosts rely on reading their profiles, reviews, and other verifications during the approval process. Once your reservation is confirmed, you can give everyone traveling access to check-in info and all messages with the Host (including all historic messages between the primary booker and Host) by inviting them as co-travelers on the trip.
Travelling for work?
