The space
This spacious studio in a gorgeous building is right in the heart of the Zona Romántica, while still being quiet with little street noise. You’ll have access to the full studio with kitchen, living area, king size bed, in unit washer/dryer, and the gorgeous rooftop pool.

Guest access
You’ll have full access to the entire condo, along with the rooftop pool with plenty of lounge areas and outdoor kitchen.

Other things to note
I recommend taking a cab from the cab line when you exit the airport. The cabbies inside the airport are less reliable, and the ride-share pickup area requires a long walk across a pedestrian bridge (which can be a lot, carrying your luggage in the heat 🥵)

I've been living in Austin, TX for almost 20 years. Puerto Vallarta is a pretty short flight, and have been there several times to visit, aaaaaand I fell in love! With the people, the food, the scene, the adventure...I finally decided to get a place there, and I'm excited to share it with you, to help you fall in love with PV just like I have. The site is managed locally by my team in PV, so even though I won't be nearby, you'll have readily available assistance for checkin and anything else that comes up during your stay.
