The space
Cozy apt suite located at the 8th floor, very well located in the heart of Hato Rey, San Juan, that provides a fully equipped kitchen, dining, living area with a sofa and a very comfortable queen bed.
We have a fully equipped coffee/tea bar featuring high-end coffee maker. It has modern decor for the perfect coffee experience.
Guest access
The complete apt studio is suitable for the guests use. Very cozy and private for a great and comfortable stay.

✅ POWER OUTAGES:
Unfortunately, power outages occur more frequently than we’d like and are unpredictable.
The studio/apt doesn’t have a power backup at the moment. In the event of an outage, restoration is solely dependent on the electrical company.
We do NOT offer refunds for power outages.
***To help during outages, we provide a rechargeable fan and battery-powered flashlights.
The Condo has power back up for common areas such as elevators, lobby and hallways.
The guest has access to all common areas within the condo and the studio apt.
It is important to remember that Smoking is NOT permitted inside the unit, so it is recommended to use the outdoor areas (outside of the building) for smoking. We appreciate your support in this particular rule.
Our home is located in a condo where residents live permanently, hours of quiet time are very important.
The condo is located in a main avenue, so is possible to hear vehicle noises, horns, and alarms during the day and night.
Important Note: Transportation might be relatively simple. You'll have access to a variety of options. In many instances, guests won't need a car (taxis and Uber are convenient options in town) unless you want to extend your visit beyond the city for an adventure.
If you are using a rental car, we don't provide an assigned parking space, but there is a parking lot at the condo premises, is a pay private parking. It is important is you decide to stay with us; we can provide remote access to the parking lot before 7pm. If your check in time is between 3pm to 7pm, you can take the parking ticket and then we can provide access to exit. (Note: Every time you will get in and out you need to notify us so we can open remotely)

American travelers do not need to option for international plans to make calls since their phones will work perfectly on the Island.
In Puerto Rico, there is a 4GLTE network; 5G is available at some locations. In remote areas of the Island, cellular service and data coverage can be spotty, so always plan if you're going into the mountains, for example.
