The space
A modern 4-star 2 bedroom apartment with lift access located in the centre of Portrush, just 2 minutes walk from the train station and bus stop and adjacent to the main car parks in the town. This apartment has been recently decorated and has views out to sea and Donegal. The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms, one double with ensuite and large walk in shower and a twin room, both bedrooms have ample storage space. A large kitchen/dining/living space give the perfect space for family living with double doors leading out to a large communal terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and large freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The bathroom has both a bath and shower, perfect for families. Heating and hot water controls are easily worked with an electric boiler.
