Bedroom 2: Two queen-sized with two twin bunk beds with a access to front porch and beautiful views.

One full bathroom with a modern walk in shower and a luxurious soaking tub with a a view of treelines as you soak.

Fully equipped w/ stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar w/ seating, coffee maker, blender, toaster, spices, cooking basics, dishware/flatware.

We know that the type of coffee you drink and how it’s made is a hot topic so we’ve added a combo coffee maker that can brew both K-cups and drip coffee.

You'll be staying at El Ranchito Poconos!- A modern cabin that has been designed into an unforgettable experience!
You will have private access to the entire cabin and outdoor space.
You will also have access to Arrowhead Lake Amenities (some amenities are seasonal (pool). The host is not responsible for lake/pool closures due to weather or extenuating circumstances.
Entry Method: Guest will have access to a smart, keyless lock. Code is provided prior to arrival.
Note:
A lock box is also available at the property with a spare key. In the event the guest requires the spare key, guest will reach out directly to the host for code.
Other things to note
IMPORTANT
* El Ranchito is in a gated community
* All guests and vehicles entering the property must be registered in advance (5 days)
* Guests are required to provide registration information at least 5 days prior to arrival
* Guests and vehicles that are not registered, will be denied entry
* The host registers and pays community fees
* The property has front steps to access the cabin
* Firewood can be purchased at local shops (Walmart, Lowes). We do not provide firewood
* BBQ outdoor grill gas tank is complimentary and based on availability
*Guest are encouraged to bring drinking water and ice for their use
* Please confirm if you are bringing a dog, as a $125 pet fee will be added to your reservation. Review "Pet Welcome Guide" in our guidebook (sent closer to arrival date).
*Dogs Only – We accept dogs under 50 lbs. Unfortunately, no cats are allowed due to severe allergies.
*Cleanliness Disclaimer
We take hygiene and cleanliness very seriously. After every guest with furry family members, we perform a thorough deep clean to keep the space fresh and safe for the next guest.
However, if you or someone in your group has severe dog allergies, please consider this before booking, as we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Wildlife & Nature
Our home is nestled in the woods, surrounded by nature. While we maintain the home with regular cleanings and professional pest control, guests may still encounter critters such as squirrels, chipmunks, deer, raccoons, insects (ants, mosquitoes, spiders, etc.), and the occasional friendly bug or two inside or outside the property. This is part of the natural woodland experience and is outside of our control.
We take pest control seriously and ensure that the property is well-maintained for your comfort.
We do not leave food or food garbage outside to avoid unwelcomed visitors.
