A waterfront condo with stunning views! Newly remodeled March 2025! Improvements include new kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities, bedroom carpet, fresh new paint and completely new furniture throughout! Beautiful morning sunrise from the balcony and minutes walk or bike ride to the beaches. Heated inground pool, tennis/pickle ball courts, deeded beach access. HOA requires 2 week minimum during months of February, March and April.

Below is some helpful information. Please let me know if you have any questions and most importantly have fun and enjoy your stay!!

Directions: The address is 1250 Tennisplace Court, Unit B32, Sanibel, FL 33957. Once you cross the causeway, take your first left onto Sexton Drive, then take your first right onto Tennis Place Court. The B building is the second building on the left. You may park in any guest spot, marked "guest" or the spot marked "B32" under the building. Our unit is on the top level, 2nd door.

Arrival Instructions:
Condo entry: We have an electronic keypad and will program a custom 4 digit numeric code of your choosing. Send me a request for your personal 4 digit code and it will be set for the duration of your stay.

AC/Heat: Adjust the thermostat to your comfort level. It is located on the wall next to the bathroom door.

Wifi Access:
Network: B32, Password: larrabee

Please be aware … the Homeowners Association prohibits hanging of towels, bathing suits, clothing, etc. over railings, balconies, or stairways. NO GLASS BOTTLES allowed in the fenced pool area. This are two rules they are very strict about.

Laundry: Washers and Dryers are available under each building. Machines require quarters ($1.75 per cycle).

Departure: Please leave all used bath/beach towels in the bathtub. Please return thermostat back to 78. If possible, please wash all dirty dishes. If you choose to not start a final load before your departure, leave dirty dishes in the sink.

Trash/Recycling: There are dumpsters located at the entrance of Tennis Place Court (at the entrance of the condominiums). Thank you!
