Enjoy beautiful floor to ceiling windows and private balcony access in this luxurious condo! Located on the 32nd floor of The Palms Place, just minutes from the world famous Las Vegas Strip, you will experience the best of both worlds with beautiful mountain views by day and all the entertainment that Las Vegas has to offer at night! This condo offers no resort fees and free parking/valet. NOTE: The Palms charges a cleaning fee and $100/night security deposit. See "additional rules."

The space
This luxurious condo offers you all the comforts of home. When you enter, you will see views of the mountains through your own private balcony. Your condo features a relaxing rainfall shower and jacuzzi tub. There is a full kitchen that includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, flat top stove, microwave, coffee maker and bar for dining in addition to all the utensils, table, and glassware you'll need. There are two TV's in the bedroom and living area, one with Roku. King bed and sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 4 total guests. Good closet space, safe, and ironing board and iron.
Fantastic gym with all updated equipment and 24 hour access.

It's a short walk to the Fabulous PALMS CASINO & RESORT via a private walkway for Palms Place guests. Here you'll enjoy FREE access to "Soak" the Palms Pool, dining, casino, clubs, and fitness center. You'll also enjoy the hottest restaurants, several popular nightclubs and world-class entertainment that Palms Casino & Resort is known for. This is in addition to the Laguna pool and fitness center located on the 6th floor in Palms Place.
