Welcome to Chalet Bockberg by ONE VILLAS in Kitzbühel – ski-in & ski-out at 1,000 m with a whirlpool, sauna, and panoramic views over Kitzbühel and the surrounding mountain landscape.

Located directly on the slope leading to the Hahnenkamm gondola, the chalet offers privacy, nature, and a distinctive alpine comfort.

Ideal for guests who appreciate direct access to the ski area, a private spa, relaxing days in the mountains, and proximity to life in the town center.

The space
The chalet offers 250 m² of living space for up to 8 guests, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a separate guest WC.

The fully equipped kitchen and the spacious dining area create space for cooking together and relaxed evenings in a convivial atmosphere.

The outdoor area features a BBQ, table tennis, and sun loungers with unobstructed views. After a day in the mountains, step straight into the whirlpool just outside the door and enjoy the panoramic view over the center of Kitzbühel lying at your feet, or watch skiers on the nearby “Kampen” slope.

Important notes:
The chalet is easily accessible from the valley via a paved road. In winter, we recommend a four-wheel drive vehicle, as winter road conditions may occur despite regular snow clearing. Winter tires are mandatory.

A security deposit of €2,000 will be authorized on your credit card prior to arrival. No amount will be charged. The authorization is automatically released three days after your departure.

The chalet is designed as a self-catering property. Bed linen, towels, and sauna towels are provided for your stay. Additional services such as interim cleaning, linen changes, or breakfast can be arranged upon request.
