Create a magical moment with family or friends in this small Caen stone farmhouse, completely renovated with taste. The house consists of spacious rooms and has all the equipment to spend pleasant stays (equipped kitchen, etc.)

A remote work space is available for your use with fiber and WIFI.

This beautiful house comfortably sleeps 4 adults, 5 children/teens and 2 babies. Two enclosed gardens will allow your happy toddlers to let off steam safely.

The space
The 180 m2 building consists of the ground floor:
- a winter garden through which you enter to arrive in the kitchen
- a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a large table for breakfast
- a bright and comfortable living room with a large screen TV with a bunch of channels and free Wi-Fi access in all rooms (Fiber)
- a huge dining room for your family meals, with a teleworking space
- toilet and laundry facilities

Upstairs are (3 bedrooms):
- 1 large bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed (new bedding)
- 1 second large bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed (new bedding) and a sink
- 1 huge bathroom with shower and bathtub
- a separate toilet
- the 3rd bedroom with 5 single beds (2 bunk beds and 1 pull-out bed), 1 cot, games and books

Outside, the 2 gardens (2,000 m2) will delight both children and adults: games for the little ones, a table for 10 people, parasol and BBQ.

You can easily park inside the garden in the spaces reserved for this purpose.

Accommodation ideally located in Calvados (2 hours from La Défense), 35 minutes from the beaches of Cabourg and Houlgate, close to remarkable sites (45-50 minutes from the landing beaches, Deauville, Trouville and Honfleur).

Come and discover Cambremer and its bucolic gardens, visit Beuvron en Auge, one of the most beautiful villages in France, the castles of Canon-Mézidon and Crève-Cœur.
Taste local products including the famous Normandy cheeses at the St Pierre en Auge market (every Monday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.), and the Normandy wine (yes!) of the Arpents du Soleil.

For the youngest:
• Ouezy Educational Farm (from May to October with themed evenings) in Ouezy
• Le Paradis des Anes in St Pierre en Auge

The go-karting of St Pierre en Auge will welcome the older ones, and everyone can meet on one of the large beaches of Cabourg or Houlgate.

All shops (supermarket open 7 days a week, press, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, banks, tobacco, etc.) and the SNCF train station are accessible in 3 minutes by car in Mézidon-Canon.
St Pierre en Auge is 6 minutes from the village of Percy-en-Auge.
