As required by the state of North Carolina chapter 42 a, a rental agreement will be provided. Payment of the booking constitutes acceptance of the agreement. Please make sure to read and agree to all house rules.

There is ZERO tolerance for parties, smoking or unruly behavior. We have wonderful relationships with our neighbors, and we’d like to keep it that way! Noise complaints may result in a fine—up to $500 in serious cases.

Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis for a $150 fee. Please message us before booking to confirm approval.
