This fantastic and elegant apartment with a terrace and garden in the exclusive Sonnhalden district in Weggis offers a breathtaking view of Lake Lucerne and the surrounding mountains with near ski facilities.
Just a 1-2 minutes walk from the apartment are wellness Hotel Gerbi & Alexander which offer amazing Spa facilities all year round. Rounding out the relaxation offering you will find the Lido outdoor & indoor swimming facilities, various restaurants & bars close to the apartment.

The space
The south-facing apartment has a large living room with an open modern fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and all the utensils you may need for cooking.

The living room with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people gives direct access to the terrace with panoramic views of the lake. The terrace is equipped with a barbecue, a dining area and a lounge area covered by a pergola.

Further, the apartment offers a large master bedroom with a dressing room with access to the private garden overlooking the lake and the seating area. The bathroom has a bathtub and all necessary amenities.

The entire apartment has underfloor heating and parquet flooring perfect for the cold winter months but also has air conditioning for the hot summer days.

There is an elevator in the building and also a private garage for the apartment.
