This spacious 4-story home on Millerton Lake is the perfect spot for a fun and relaxing family getaway. With 3 stories available for guest use and 3,000 sq ft of living space, there’s plenty of room to spread out and unwind. Enjoy lake days, local hikes, and nearby attractions like Table Mountain Casino. After a day of exploring, come back to BBQ, hang out in the game room, or relax next to a peaceful view of the lake.

The space
LAKE ACCESS - from the back of the property. Though this is a steep climb and caution is needed.

GAMEROOM - pool table, cards, board games, toys for kids, TV.

STACKABLE TWINS IN MASTER - Two beds in the master stack on top of each other. Unstack for two twin beds. Stack for an additional seating area.

KITCHEN SUPPLIES - The kitchen has all the appliances and tools necessary to cook meals.

BBQ - There are two BBQs on the property, one on the top deck and one on the lower deck.

DECKS - There are 3 decks on the property, one on the top story, one on the second story, and one on the bottom story.

Other things to note
NO house parties allowed - the home is to be occupied ONLY by the guests specified when booking. A $125 fee will be charged for each undisclosed guest.

Smoking/vaping is PROHIBITED inside.

PETS
Only pre-approved pets are allowed for a $100 fee per pet ($225 for an unapproved pet)
We strongly encourage you not to bring your pet as there are predatory animals in the area. We are not liable for the safety of your pet.
Pets are not allowed on furniture. An additional $125 cleaning fee will be charged for pet hair on furniture or messes made by pets.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Late check-outs must be approved in advance.
A fee of $50 per hour will be incurred for every hour after the agreed-upon check-out time.
We often have back-to-back bookings and adhering to the checkout time is essential in preparing our property for the next guest. Thank you for understanding.
