This is not a luxury property, and we want to be upfront about that. The house is older, with a simple and well-loved character that reflects years of beachside living.

Our charming beach house is an older property full of character, perched in a truly unique coastal setting. The house is simple, comfortable, and unpretentious, but the location is exceptional. Expansive ocean views, dramatic scenery, refreshing sea breezes, and unforgettable sunsets create an experience that guests remember long after their stay.

Spend your days exploring nearby beaches, relaxing on the terrace, watching seabirds glide across the horizon, or simply enjoying the ever-changing colors of the sea. Whether you're seeking a quiet retreat, a nature-filled getaway, or a base for coastal adventures, this is a place where the surroundings take center stage.

The house may not be luxurious, but the views are priceless.

Guest access
Besides the 3 private rooms, there is a guest toilet, a small retreat space with oceanview in the hallway. Large living room with dining tables and access to a terrasse watching sunrise to the east. Than you can hike the property all around and climb the rocks to have some adventure. You can find a natural pool on the turtle rock in front of the property, watch the tide table so the high tide does not surprise you.

Other things to note
We are connected to a new deep well, so if you read in the comments about water issues, they are all fixed now and our house has clean water with a reasonable pressure from gravity since May 2026.

No swimming at our beach, dangerous currents! Swimming is just a 10 Minute walk away: Take the road on yor left across the hill to the lagoon and Morillo beach.

Swiss citizen, married 14 years to my Panamanian wife and we have 3 children. I run, bike and work hard. You can write me in English, German, Spanish and French. We all know that plans change and that is fine. I trust a direct and sincere communication to make sure we can adjust to these changes to fit yours and our needs. We like dogs and cats but usually do not let them inside. Even we love it neat and tidy but in the tropics you have to live in more open spaces and there are bugs, dust and water that you need to get used to. Looking forward to be your guest or host soon.
