The space
Welcome to The Blue Palm, a luxury retreat nestled in the heart of Carolina Beach! A stone's throw from the ocean, our residence features a shared pool, a private hot tub, and convenient proximity to The Boardwalk, promising an unparalleled vacation experience to create lasting memories for your family and friends.
We offer an array of refined amenities that elevate your stay to the extraordinary. Meticulously designed, our home is tailored to ensure your utmost comfort. Boasting 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and 7 decks, there is abundant space for family togetherness or serene respites.
On the top floor an expansive, open floor plan unfolds – a seamless integration of kitchen, half bath, living, and dining areas, strategically positioned to capture mesmerizing ocean vistas throughout the day. Seven decks, including a crow's nest offering a panoramic 360-degree view of the ocean and canal, invite you to enjoy your morning coffees or evening cocktails. Our home is especially well appointed as the end unit closest to the boardwalk with a beautiful view of both the ocean and boardwalk.
Choose between two coffee makers, a traditional drip/pod machine or the Phillips Lattego for expertly crafted cappuccinos, lattes, iced coffees, and espressos. There is a large TV in the living room with Roku access so that you may log into your own streaming services during your stay. Both the indoor and outdoor dining areas offer comfortable seating for up to 10 guests and 7 kitchen stools offer versatile spaces for dining.
The gourmet, fully-equipped kitchen features countertop devices such as an air fryer, Vitamix blender, Crockpot, and popcorn machine, facilitating effortless meal preparation and service.
The third floor boasts two elegant master suites, each with king beds, private en suite bathrooms, and secluded decks assuring an oasis of tranquility. The primary master suite offers a convenient nook with a desk, catering to any work commitments during your stay.
On the second floor, a captivating kid's room awaits with bunk beds and a pullout queen sofa, complemented by vintage gaming systems – Golden Tee and Ms. Pacman. Two additional queen bedrooms and a shared bathroom complete this level.
Each bedroom has a Roku TV for seamless access to your own streaming platforms, a sound machine, and, in most cases, blackout curtains to enhance your morning tranquility.
Catering to the needs of our youngest guests, we provide two pack 'n plays, a Slumberpod, infant bathtub, high chair, kid's plates and cutlery, a curated selection of toys, and board books. For beach and pool excursions, find beach towels, toys, chairs, floats, a beach wagon, and a Shibumi Shade at your disposal.
When not basking at the beach, relish the semi-private pool (shared with only 5 other homes) and exclusive hot tub. You can also enjoy a game of cornhole while grilling out after a long day at the beach. The Carolina Beach boardwalk, a brief 9-minute stroll away, beckons with shops, ice cream, rides, and Thursday evening fireworks in the summer.
All bathrooms in our home feature generous quantities of full-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.
With an elevator to enhance accessibility and a covered carport accommodating three to four cars, our home extends a warm welcome after your travels. An outdoor shower awaits on this level, facilitating a refreshing rinse to wash away sand and chlorine after a day of pool and beach enjoyment.

Please Note: Linens are included with your reservation and contain the following: bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, kitchen dish towels, and beach towels.
We also happily provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, washing machine pods, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner so you don't have to worry about purchasing these necessities during your stay with us!
The pool is open April 1 - October 31 and is not heated. We are a non-smoking property and do not allow pets.
Guest access
Access the home through the elevator that spans all four floors. There are two sets of stairs both in the carport and at the front of the home. The home has electronic locks for your access.

Our cleaning fee includes linens, bath towels, and beach towels. We also provide cooking essentials such as oil, spices, foil, as well as other essentials such as toilet paper, soaps, detergents, and paper towels.
A $450 deep cleaning fee will be added due to excessive cleaning resulting from unauthorized parties, pets, or smoking.
Damage to the hot tub resulting from improper use/not following posted rules will fall under renter's responsibility for repair.
We do our best to accommodate early check ins and late check outs but during busy seasons this may not be feasible. Check out is BEFORE 10 am. If the cleaning crew cannot get inside to start, you will be subject to a late checkout fee of $50 per half hour.
