Welcome to Rose Lake View – Our little slice of The Cotswolds.

One of the things we love most is ending the day on the deck with a glass of wine, watching the sun set over the lake as the ducks drift by. It's peaceful, calming and makes the rest of the world feel a million miles away.

Set on beautiful Isis Lake in South Cerney, our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom lakefront home is the perfect place for families, couples and friends to slow down, reconnect and enjoy everything the Cotswolds has to offer.

Spend your days paddleboarding, kayaking, fishing, exploring picturesque villages or simply relaxing on the private sun deck. Children love feeding the ducks and exploring the open green spaces, while adults can enjoy lakeside walks, cosy country pubs and unforgettable sunsets right from the decking.

Although it feels wonderfully peaceful, you're only minutes from Cirencester and within easy reach of some of the Cotswolds' most beautiful villages, including Bibury, Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold and Lechlade.

Inside you'll find a spacious open-plan living area overlooking the lake, three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms and everything you need for a relaxing stay.( Including an air fryer and coffee machine :-) )

The lodge is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, with a spacious open-plan living area overlooking the lake, a well-equipped kitchen, superfast WiFi, Smart TV, private parking and direct access to the lakeside decking. Guests can also enjoy on-site tennis courts, children's play areas, table tennis, pool tables, fishing (licence required) and easy access to paddleboarding, kayaking and other non-motorised watersports.

The Cotswold Water Park comprises 100’s of lakes with natural beauty and hikes that will take your breath away!

There is so much to see and do , and that’s before you step away and consider visiting the 100’s of gorgeous & serene Cotswolds villages which are all at your fingertips !

It’s so picture perfect you’ll be hard pressed to find a more relaxing location in the UK.

There are multiple pubs and eateries nearby .

For great coffee visit The Lodge at lake 12- a 5 min stroll with stunning lake views and there you can also find masses of water sports to indulge in if you so wish, or just relax and have their tasty home made sausage rolls .

For drinks & all day dining The Lakeside Brasserie round the corner is a great option.

Or fancy a chilled night in? Order the best wood fire pizzas in the Cotswolds literally located opposite at The Gateway Centre!

There is also a well stocked CO-OP 2 min drive away in South Cerney village, as well as a great fish & chip shop! 😄

Rose Lake View ideally located to visit many beautiful Cotswold towns and villages. Cirencester is 4 miles away where you will find great boutique shops, pubs and restaurants there as well as all the major superstores.

Bibury with its world famous “Arlington Row” is also a short drive away. There are many farms nearby , the most popular is The Cotswolds Farm Park owned by Adam Henson.
Other towns worth visiting are Lechlade, Burford, Tetbury, Stow-On-The-Wold, Bourton On The Water, Bath, Gloucester, Oxford & Cheltenham!!
Nearby attractions include The Cotswold Wildlife Park, Westonbirt Arboretum, Chedworth Roman

South Cerney is your local Village 2 min drive away with super markets , pubs , and a local chip shop !

The Cotswolds Water Park and Beach is also nearby!

There are also various play areas and parks for children of all ages ,as well as lots of nearby soft play areas for younger children!

The area is also popular for cyclists with The Cotswold boasting over 3000 miles of paths and natural beauty , easy to see why!

Hi I'm Pritika! Rose Lake View is our safe haven, a place to truly rest, relax & restore your soul. We have created a bright & open space which is our home from home. The Sunsets over the Lake are breathtaking! I'm thrilled to share this gorgeous & serene space with you & I'm truly confident you will love it as much as we do! I also run a Fashion Boutique with my brother, have a 3 year old toddler & a baby who keep me on my toes :-)
