The Moorings, next door to Sportsman Marina is one of Orange Beach's Premier Luxury Condominiums. We like to rent to those that will treat our places as if it were their own. This condominium complex is family friendly with an amazing zero entry pool & hot tub.
This is a huge 1600-square-foot unit with an additional 300 square feet of covered balcony on the top, penthouse floor. It has 9-foot ceilings with floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows across the back of the unit and skylights.

The space
Just want to make note that I have managed this unit for 15 years, it has only been on this listing site for a few months but has numerous 5 star reviews in the past. The only review on here makes mention about the A/C not working properly, this is totally untrue and unfounded (the guest NEVER contacted me about said "issue"). This is a half a million dollar + property, everything works perfect and the unit has recently had brand new flooring installed and a new washer & dryer :-)

This is an awesome, two bedroom, two and 1/2 bath condominium on the Bay in Orange Beach at The Moorings. It is professionally decorated. This is a huge 1600-square-foot unit with an additional 300 square feet of covered balcony on the top, penthouse floor. It has 9-foot ceilings with floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows across the back of the unit and skylights.

This condominium is the largest 2 bedroom floor plan in The Moorings. Only 4 other units are this big. It has a great view of the pool area as well as Terry Cove and Robinson Island (the most active area of coastal Alabama) and the Gulf of Mexico.

It is directly next door to the area's authentic Tiki Bar, Hang out by the one-acre pool area or next to the fireplace in the condominium. Watch TV on a 45-inch LCD. The kitchen features stainless appliances, granite counters, premium utensils and hardwood cabinets.

Take in the boats going by while you read your favorite book on the huge balcony. You can bring your boat and rent a designated slip at the Marina next door. It will be right out your back door. . There is a small charge to store your trailer at the marina next door. THERE IS NO TRAILER PARKING AT THE CONDO.

Sound like a great vacation? It will be if you rent this condominium for the week. If you decide to stay at The Moorings, you will come back year after year.
