Enjoy the upstairs of this beautiful Victorian home with private fenced backyard. Up the stairs are two large rooms with closets and a dresser in one. There is a private office for calls with high speed internet and a monitor. Our home is walkable to the University and Pearl st. We have a beautiful professionally tuned baby grand piano. There is a pink bathroom with porcelain tub. Our home is spacious and clean. Our mother lives full time in her own room on 1st floor. Kitchen is shared.
