The space
Welcome to Coral Dream House—your tropical getaway with lush jungle views, a private pool, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious indoor/outdoor living. Located in Uvita town, this family-friendly home features A/C in every room, gated yard, BBQ area, and thoughtful touches for kids. Perfect for relaxing, playing, and reconnecting in paradise! 🌺🌞
The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook up your favorite meals, flowing seamlessly into the cozy living and dining area—perfect for movie nights 🎬, game time 🎲, or simply unwinding with loved ones ❤️
🛏️ The home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with:
~1 king-sized bedroom with ensuite and gorgeous views of the pool and jungle
~2 queen-sized bedrooms, each with A/C units, ample storage, and high-quality linens, cotton blankets & plush pillows for a restful night’s sleep
~ All bathrooms are stocked with soft cotton bath & face towels for your comfort.
🌅 Open the extra-large sliding windows and step outside to your private outdoor oasis where you are welcomed with beautiful jungle mountain and pool views.
~ There is a cozy seating area by the pool to relax with a coffee as well as sun loungers.
~Within the outdoor kitchen area, you have a large BBQ and beautiful Teak dining table, perfect for 6 people.
~The large yard is great for lawn games and is a great place for children to play. The lot is fenced in so you don’t need to worry about little ones escaping.
Other amenities included with your stay is a laundry room which has a washer, dryer and tub. Gated parking spaces are available for two cars in the driveway. If you require sleeping accommodations for a baby or toddler, we have available a Pack and Play with linens for your convenience as well a high chair, children books and toys and toddler kitchenware (plastic cups, plates, bowls and utensils).

A member of our dedicated team will greet you for a personal check in, give you all the instructions and recommendations for a perfect stay!
Easily accessible: A 4x4 vehicle is not necessary.

Costa Rica's tropical climate is home to a wide variety of insects, lizards, rodents, and reptiles. While we have a strict pest control plan in place to keep these visitors outside the home, it’s important to understand that occasional encounters with local wildlife are part of the natural experience and do not constitute a breach of the rental policy. We appreciate your understanding as you embrace the beauty of this vibrant ecosystem.
POOL MAINTENANCE
🧼 The maintenance team will require access to the house on those days. (Mondays & Thursdays)
IMPORTANT TO CONSIDER
Being located in the jungle, power outages can occur from time to time due to falling branches or other weather-related issues. We do have a 5-hour lithium battery backup in place to ensure continued internet coverage during outages.
Additionally, the local water supply comes from nearby springs, which can occasionally experience interruptions.
We kindly ask guests to keep this in mind as part of the rural and natural experience of staying in this beautiful area.
