Vacation rentals with a pool in Uvita

Mamaluma was such a relaxing place with absolutely incredible views. Bird sitings were numerous and we heard far more than we were able to see. The wildlife was also both surprising and stunning, from the green and black poison dart frog to the capuchins and coati. We even caught a rare siting of a great curassaw!! This is truly a piece of paradise and would come back in a heartbeat! Malene, Martin and Eduin were very responsive; and we thank you for the great suggestions in a very well detailed welcome package!!

Rio Escondido is a supper clean property and only about fifteen minutes to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The house and surroundings are very peaceful with a great view down a valley towards the sea. The house was spotless, the kitchen very well equipped, the beds clean and comfortable, the large outdoor terrace a great place to read, eat and relax and was well protected from the sun. The saltwater pool, a good size and very refreshing. INNOVA Management is a great team and were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It was a pleasure to meet Josue, a very friendly and thoughtful person, who is very informed and knowledgeable about the area and Costa Rica. Thoroughly enjoyed our five weeks there!

We loved staying at this place. The kids played with toys and in the pool. Easy to go to the beach by car. Nice restaurants in the area. The kitchen has all the tools you need. Perfect family space.

We had an incredible stay! The home is ideally located walking distance to the Uvita waterfall and excellent restaurants. Ingrid was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and the home itself was even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures would suggest. We are already planning when to return for a second trip. Thanks for hosting us, Ingrid!

We stayed at Eric’s house and it was wonderful and easy to get in. His response was amazing and the location is perfect. We were there just for the night but love the place. At first you think that the pictures are not real but they are actually. New place and wonderful to stay. Thanks

We absolutely loved our stay at Pinar’s place!! We were so sad to leave. Pinar and Kenny greeted us upon our arrival and showed us around the house. They were super nice and gave some great local recommendations. The house was a very spacious, clean, and well equipped. The AC’s in every room were life savers as we were there a few particularly hot days. The pool was also a welcome relief! The garden was beautiful and the area peaceful. Pinar gave clear instructions on how to get to the house (which is tucked away in nature). Uvita is the perfect town with beautiful beaches, good food, supermarkets, kind people, and world class nature. We can’t wait to go back! And we’ll definitely stay here again next time we do :)

Lori and her husband were wonderful hosts. Very responsive and friendly, willing to help at all times. Had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Everything went super smooth. The apartment was very clean and the whole space is super beautiful and quiet. Falvio was an amazing host and took care of everything we needed. Definitely worth it! 10/10 would recommend ☺️

A quiet, cozy place, very tidy, clean and safe, it felt like being at home. How at 200m there is a minisuper with good prices and in general has a very good location.

Ideal place in ideal location!

This was our favourite place to stay. Beautiful surroundings, private and secure. Well equipped and comfortable. Outside patio was perfect for eating and relaxing. The pool was amazing and a perfect way to start and end your day. Would highly recommended staying here

Fantastic stay! The pictures don’t do it justice. The pool, the interior, the views, and the vibe are all better than I expected. Joe is extremely friendly and responsive. I even requested to boost the internet speed as I run a remote business. Joe happily accepted, and the internet speed nearly doubled. It’s been one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Come check this place out already.

Diana’s place was absolutely amazing. Pictures do not do it justice. The views were incredible in the morning with all the glass windows. Diana was the Most helpful host we have had, giving us extra blankets, binoculars for the kids, and beach chairs and toys. U will not regret this stay! Cant wait to come stay again.
