Fantastic restaurant/brewery Indian Fields Tavern is 3 miles away. Perfect stay for cyclists ,history lovers or just unwinding. NO Smoking or parties. Colonial Williamsburg 24 miles, Richmond is 30 miles .

The space
Everything from the kitchen to the flooring to the bathrooms is BRAND-NEW in this completely renovated home. We have stayed in short term rentals for years all over the world and we've tried to think of everything that folks would want in a short term rental! Bathrooms include shower toiletries; kitchen is fully equipped. Home also includes dining room, breakfast bar, and spacious living room. On six rural acres in Charles City, the cottage is perfectly situated midway between Richmond and Williamsburg!

This is a two level house. You will have access to the entire upper level. There could possibly be guests staying in the lower level at the same time. Both units have separate entrances.

Other things to note
If additional space is needed, bottom level with two bedrooms, one bath, living room, and kitchen can also be rented if available . Fireplace is not functional. Ask about longer-term discounts.
If you need storage space for bicycles, please request access. There is a tractor shed that can be utilized. here is a fire pit and a charcoal barbecue grill available, but we do not provide charcoal or lighter fluid

There is plenty of parking on site for boats or trailers FYI
