Welcome to Casa Blanca, your 3Bed/2.5 Bath modern tropical oasis in the heart of Uvita. Stroll to restaurants, shops, and services in minutes, then come home to your private pool, fast Wi‑Fi, and cool, air‑conditioned bedrooms.
We offer secure parking and have security cameras on the exterior of the home.All security cameras at this property are outdoors only, installed to protect guests and their belongings.There are no cameras inside the house, and guest privacy and security are our priority .

The space
Casa Blanca is cared for by a trusted 5‑star local management team. The property is fully fenced with a secure electric gate and covered parking for two cars, so you can relax from the moment you arrive.

Inside, you’ll find a bright, well‑equipped kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, oven, island‑mounted stove, coffee maker, and toaster, plus a gas BBQ grill just outside on the covered patio by the pool. It’s easy to cook at home or grill fresh local seafood after a day at the beach.

Each bedroom has its own A/C so you can sleep comfortably at night (please keep bedroom doors closed when in use and turn units off when you go out). There are two smart TVs—one in the living room and one in the master bedroom—for streaming your favorite shows.

Casa Blanca is ideal for remote workers or digital nomads thanks to fiber‑optic internet and responsive Wi‑Fi, making video calls and streaming smooth and reliable. A washer and dryer are available for your use, and we provide all bed linens, bathroom towels, plus beach and pool towels. For extra fun, there are pool toys ready for you to enjoy!

You’ll have full, private access to the home, pool, parking, and all amenities. The only locked area is a small owner’s closet in the master bedroom.

From Casa Blanca, you can easily walk or drive to Uvita’s growing selection of restaurants for every budget—fine dining, casual family “sodas,” excellent seafood, and typical Costa Rican dishes. In town you’ll also find bars, grocery stores, surf shops, clothing and souvenir shops, tour operators, banks, pharmacies, and medical and dental offices, plus major car rental agencies, a new police station, a new bus station, and a regional hospital just 20 minutes away.

The beaches of Uvita are part of Costa Rica’s only marine national park, Marino Ballena, home to the famous Whale & Dolphin Festival each September. At different times of year, you may spot humpback whales and other cetaceans offshore, as well as several species of dolphins and sea turtles.

June through November is green turtle nesting season, with peak activity in August and September. Our site manager, Ramie, volunteers with the local turtle sanctuary (Reserva Playa Tortuga) and can let you know when there may be a baby sea turtle release at Playa Hermosa. If you’re lucky enough to witness one, you’ll watch from a respectful distance and help protect this magical moment.

Casa Blanca is in a newly built community that is easily accessible by foot or car to may grocery stores, banks or restaurants in Uvita. You may be woken up by Howler Monkeys, or watch a troop of White Face Capuchin Monkeys passing through or hanging out in neighborhood trees. For the bird lovers, Scarlet Macaws and Toucans have been seen perched in the neighboring trees, along with so many other species of birds. On the rare occasion a sloth has been spotted close by.
