We have designed our home to be the perfect blend of modern living while retaining the unique Tulum style with handcrafted Mexican artwork. Perfect for leisure travelers, family groups, or digital nomads (with a 200GB mesh WiFi system). Our team is on call every day to ensure your stay is perfect!
The space
ABOUT OUR HOUSE
Our house is decked out with the highest quality furniture. Each item has been chosen by us and made in Mexico. We tried to create the Tulum feel that we grew to love.
The house has 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor - 2 king size beds and 1 queen size bed. The 3rd floor has a comfortable fold-down queen sofa bed if you have a couple more guests coming along.
The ground floor has a sitting room with a large, plush couch and beautiful gardens.
The kitchen is comprehensively equipped for all your needs. You may even like to try your hand at whipping up some Mexican delicacies using our stainless steel pots, pans and utensils. If you want to cook it - we’ve got you covered! A private chef service is also available upon request to cook for you at home.
The top floor contains the fold down sofa, a 2021 smart TV (with Netflix, Prime etc.), a desk to work comfortably on with a perfect view into the tree tops. You will love watching the blue-jays, woodpeckers and squirrels fly and run by. The chairs are ergonomically designed and will ensure maximum comfort for hours on end.
The top floor extends to our first rooftop which contains a large dining table and relaxing plunge pool.
From here, climb the spiral staircase to the glass-enclosed rooftop deck that sits in line with the jungle canopy. This space is our favorite in the house. Enjoy sun bathing during the day and some well-deserved cervezas in the evening.
BEST WIFI IN TULUM
We offer you the best WiFi available in Tulum, being a 200GB fiber optic connection (the fastest available in Tulum) with the best telecommunications company in Tulum. We all worked remotely in Tulum for months so we know how important it is to have reliable, fast internet. We have a brand new mesh WiFi system (TP Link Home Deco 9) that ensures perfect signal throughout the house. We’ve tested the system thoroughly, including 6 people working remotely at the same time with multiple video calls running at once.
COMMON FACILITIES - GYM, POOL, CLIMBING WALL, BBQ and more
The common facilities are very comprehensive and include a clubhouse with a stunning pool, a well-equipped gym overlooking the jungle, kitchen and barbecue facilities, a rock climbing wall, pinball machines and ping pong and pool tables. From the top of the clubhouse you can see the Tulum ruins - a rare view anywhere else in Tulum!

LOCATION
Our house is located in the “Mun Tulum Town Houses” community. We chose this as our base in Tulum because it is the only development lodged right in between the beach and downtown Tulum. Mun Tulum is a gated community with on-site security.
Unlike Aldea Zama and La Veleta, we are conveniently between both the beach and Tulum central. We’ve listed below accurate walking and cycling times to some popular locations.

ACCESS AND PARKING
We have parking available at the front of the townhouse for one car or SUV and some additional space for bikes or scooters.
Access to the property is through a secured gate. The code for the gate will be provided prior to check in. The remote for the vehicle gate will be available upon check-in. We only have one and there is a replacement cost of $30 if it is lost.
