We felt right at home at Guntars. The apartment is beautiful and equipped with every comfort, beautiful window with a view and the bus stop below the house is very comfortable. A very sociable cat lives in the house who kept us company for 3 days. Everything was perfect!

We spent 2 weeks at Kristian's house and it was just perfect for us! Fantastic location overlooking the sea and mountains and incredibly quiet. The house was spotlessly clean upon arrival and it was easy for us to feel immediately comfortable. The two rocking chairs quickly became our favorite place in the house. Vangsvik was an ideal base for us to explore the surrounding area, the west and north of Senja. The small grocery store in town is open 24/7, which is great! We simply made larger purchases during our day trips and Finnsnes is also very easy to reach in 20 minutes by car. Communication with Kristian was excellent. On our day of departure, we even got the opportunity to use the house for a few more hours after the actual check-out time, so we could pack in peace. Thanks again for that, Kristian!

I really enjoyed this cute little house located in the heart of Senja near all the nice photography spots! House is super cute! And I really liked all the attention to details from the host..such as giving my two Senja beers from a local brewery! Nice touch!

It was a great pleasure to stay at Gunnar’s lovely house. With an outstanding view including mountains and sea, you can still feel the calm atmosphere. We will always remember our days in Tromso and the house. Additionally it takes only 15 minutes from the airport. Just to remember, finding a taxi or Uber can be challenging in rush hours. Thank you for a remarkable experience!

Very cozy accommodation. Close to the beach. Beautiful scenery. Convenient transportation. The nearby bus stop is only about 100 meters away. Very convenient. You can cook. Had a pleasant stay.

The hosts were friendly. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities. Location great for the gulf fisherman, short distance to fishing spots on both sides of the gulf. Development proposal: it would be good to build stairs from the parking lot to the entrance.

Incredibly nice and accommodating host. Available almost 24/7. If you like a quiet, family-friendly, natural location, there is nothing better. With the buses you are quickly in the center or wherever. Shopping and bus stop less than 5 minutes away. Museum and fjord are about 10 minutes away. The apartment is located in a quiet area at the top of the mountain. The bus stop is a few hundred meters away. Across the street you have a beautiful view of the city, on the last evening we watched the northern lights over the house, the city and the Storsteinen from there, really very nice. For skiers (cross-country skiing), the area is perfect. In the immediate vicinity are several illuminated cross-country trails (e.g. Charlottenlund or Prestvatnet). I also liked the Tromsø Alpine Park. They are very nice hosts, I didn't have to ask any questions, as everything was already answered via the Airbnb app (code for the key box, Wi-Fi, garbage separation, access to the apartment, ...). Since it was not my first stay in Tromsø, I did not need excursion tips, but there are several brochures for this on the shelf. By bus you are in the city in about 10 minutes. The surroundings (generally northern Norway) are beautiful.

The accommodation is located within walking distance of downtown in a really cozy area. Rebecca was very helpful and accurately described everything. The apartment is well-equipped and really cozy, I couldn't have imagined anything better.

Clean and well decorated accommodation, located on the beautiful island of Sommarøy with its crystal clear waters. Possibility of walking hikes from the house. Accommodation matches the description but kitchen and a bedroom a little small for 4 adults. However on this beautiful island it is hard to find better.

Quaint, quiet and beautiful!

Wonderful cabin with an incredible view of the fjord. Bright and comfortable, with lots of common spaces useful for our needs. It was the perfect base for our ski mountaineering week in Lyngen. Also, the gem is the outdoor hot tub where you can relax under the stars at the end of the day. Maria and Andreas have always been available and very friendly, welcoming us even in the middle of the night due to a delay in our flight. Highly recommended!

Terrific base in Tromso. It's in a quiet neighborhood, which I personally prefer much more than living in the city center. The house is quite large and very well furnished, and feels very homey and warm. Loved the open plan kitchen and living room where we could prepare meals, relax, and keep an eye out from the balcony windows for signs of an aurora borealis. Hope to have a chance to come back in the future :)
