Monthly Rentals in Kremena

The villa was great, and the highlight of the holiday. The local village is nice and quiet with a couple of shops and restaurant. Balchik the nearest town is also very lovely. Maya communicated very well but also relied on a local agent which is where our only criticism comes in. We knew we would be arriving in the middle of the night and communicated this a week prior to our arrival. I was sent 2 different map pins of the location and no street address. I was also told the local agent would be at the property to meet us. When we arrived at my pick of the 3 map pins and called the local agent (at 4am) it was very concerning to learn he wasn't there, didn't really know the address either and could not communicate well enough in English to make any progress. Very nervously I had to approach a property that I thought may the correct one, with my family waiting, and enter it hoping it was our accomodation and not someone else's house. From then onwards though it was great

Very nice house , with privacy, tranquility , nice spaces , the pool spotless and private. The house inside had everything you needed we didn't have to buy anything extra . We didn't go out enough night because this deck is the best!!! The hostess very friendly served us well and no one bothered us during our stay. It is ideal for those who want peace and privacy , in a beautiful green environment. 10/10

We stayed at Ivalyo’s apartment with our 2 little kids (almost 2yo and 3.5yo). We had a great time and the place was perfect for our needs. We were especially grateful for our host’s detailed instructions, including info on parking and where to eat. The restaurant reccommendations were spot on and thanks to the info we had on parking, we had no issues. The rooms are spacious, the view on the Black Sea is spectacular. The kitchen is fully furnished - we cooked, did laundry etc - and we managed to child-proof a little by moving around some of the decorations, which we put back before leaving. The apartment has a large terrace from which the Black sea can be admired. Truly beautiful. There is no elevator but the floors are interleaved so it doesn’t feel like 4 floors up. We would love to return to this accommodation.
