Great place to relax, very nice surroundings! You walk out the gate and have all kinds of beautiful hiking trails to go...Plenty and more... to experience in the immediate vicinity of the cottage, we really enjoyed the peace, the silence and the privacy that is offered here. Spotted all kinds of birds in the garden while enjoying a drink; Flemish jigsaws, robins, finches, goats and even 3 black with white colored squirrels that we have never seen in the Netherlands, this was a welcome extra during breakfast on our last day. In short, really a lovely cottage where we thoroughly enjoyed. We stayed there for 3 nights, as far as we were concerned, far too short. The house itself is just a home where you can enjoy a lovely hot tub undisturbed, a hot tub and if the weather allows it a beautifully landscaped swimming pool outside. We took really beautiful walks, the gardens in Arcen we had already been but stay beautiful. So all praise !!

We were with 6 adults, 2 small children and 1 dog at Jens' place for a family celebration in Krefeld. The house is super beautiful right in the forest, perfect for walks with the dog. The house has a very nice garden with pool and hot tub, unfortunately we had very bad weather, so we could not use the pool. Everything felt very cozy. We will be happy to come back.

This was a perfect place to stay for our family with 3 children. The private (massive) garden was exactly what we needed to ensure our kids could still play without having to be too quiet, such as it is in most apartments. There were plenty of toys and a playground as a bonus. The host was wonderful and friendly, always checking on our needs and responding to our requests. One minor issue is that the kitchen doesn't have hot water so you need to get warm water from the bathroom for doing dishes. For staying in the summer, this place is ideal and we'd happily go back!

I rented this accommodation with four friends during GamesCom to get to the fair quickly but at the same time to find peace and comfort away from that. The villa was really optimal for this purpose. Everything as described in the listing. The communication with the host went well, but I had to wait for a response from time to time. All in all, I highly recommend the property – especially for families.

We stayed at this accommodation for the second year in a row & were absolutely satisfied again and will definitely come back in the future. The location to the exhibition center is just perfect.

We were warmly welcomed and were able to sleep peacefully. Alessandra even baked us a banana bread, we were very happy about it. Clear recommendation!

Jens welcomed us at really short notice. The property was clean and modern, with off street parking. Jens also showed us his tiny house and tree house, which are also on AirB&B, so check them out for a unique experience. Would definitely recommend it, and it’s great for families.

had an incredibly pleasant experience during our stay with Wolfgang. the space was great and there was enough space for 11 people. after our stay, we went bouldering at Avalonia, the Airbnb is at a very pleasant distance from this beautiful area. the communication with Wolfgang was also great, always quick response and very friendly. definitely recommended.

Wonderful home away from home! It had everything we needed for our stay with 10 people. Aldi is a quick walk down the street and so convenient for making meals at home. We will definitely stay again next time we come to the Köln area! Ali is a great host and very responsive.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The house is very clean. The garden is especially beautiful and in the evening when the children sleep, you can still sit outside and talk at a normal volume. Everything was very well equipped. We would come back and recommend this place. There is an ice cream parlor in the immediate vicinity, very tasty and recommended.

Excellent guesthouse in a nice quiet location, near the Maas. There were several cottages on site. The house we rented had a private garden that was well screened. The courtyard was shared with everyone and there were some children's bikes. In the house itself, everything was very clean. There was plenty of space, plenty of equipment also in the kitchen. Too bad the piano didn't work (some keys broken and it was completely false!) In addition, it is also unfortunate that the hot tub in the garden is not included but that this is payable separately in cash.

The property is super comfy and very well appointed. You could move the HutTub outside for the ambience, but otherwise everything is fine. Baarlo is certainly not Amsterdam, but you shouldn't have that expectation if you book there. For our men's weekend, the house was so well equipped and offered so much space that we didn't miss any additional activities. We would come back.

We felt very comfortable in Kaya's small house and also enjoyed sitting in the quiet garden in the evening.

Super nice hosts, helpful and friendly. The apartment itself is very nicely located and beautifully designed. I highly recommend staying here. Certainly my "place to be address" for traveling to Düsseldorf.

This is one of the most amazing stays we have rented. The cottage is really equipped with everything! You can't think of it so crazy, or it's present. Communication with the family is very good. The garden is fantastic, very nicely landscaped and very large. The beds are good, the showers are very nice and there is an abundance of towels. The kitchen appliances, the coffee machine, the dishwasher and also the microwave are of good quality. When the weather is nice, you can sit outside and eat at the large table. There is a TV, a sound system, really and everything has been thought of. I will definitely recommend house Geni to family Friends and acquaintances.
