Decent place. Clean swimming pool. Overall a good stay and value for money

It was an amazing experience staying at this place. Very clean and thoughtfully done. The service too was good. The only challenge of riviera sublime is local taxi unions are bullish against taxis you would hire from any other part of Goa. We faced this issue. Self drive rented cars are no problem though.

Swapnaja is a wonderful, friendly host who makes you feel right at home. She suggested us some great recommendations for local attractions. (Swapnaja, that coffee table book on Ratnagiri was wonderful.) She is a good cook too. My son especially liked the fish prepared by her. Overall, we had a great stay with Swapnaja. We will definitely visit again. 😊

Booked the place during our stay for the generation speed event at Ambey valley. The place was easy to find & we were able to check in at flexible timing as we were running late due to traffic. The host Ajay was very prompt incase any queries. The place was as described & very homely. Clean kitchen bathrooms, comfy bed as spotless interiors. Would. recommend this place!!

My family (including 2 dogs) stayed here. The place is wonderful. Despite the heat outside, the home was very cool. It’s a very cute & comfortable home. The place is done VERY well. It looks beautiful & is very comfy for 4-5 people. I was impressed with how the place is designed. The outside seating is also done very well. Very comfortable & it feels really good to sit outside & relax. There’s a decent lawn space which is fenced so if you have dogs, they will really enjoy. The space is also very good to play, especially for kids. The staff was very very good. The cook is 8.5-9/10. Food was very good. The highlight was Mangesh who does most other tasks besides cooking. He was genuinely very very sweet & helpful. There is a lot to do if you like to explore. The property is located a little ahead of Karjat so you can expect some nice isolation from loud noises & crowded areas. You can go for a hike! Another highlight - stargazing! We could see satellites! Host is also VERY nice!

I recently stayed at the villa for a day and used it as a remote workspace. The experience was fantastic. The villa is peaceful and quiet, providing an ideal environment for focused work. The internet connection was reliable, which was crucial for my work tasks. Although my stay was short, I found the amenities and ambience perfect for work and relaxation.

The kitchen is a combination of a dining and kitchen. The location is perfect — nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet conveniently close to all major shops and stores. The property itself is spacious and well-maintained, offering incredible value for money. After thoroughly checking nearby areas, I can confidently say you won’t find such a spacious place at this price point in Kharghar or its surroundings. Arun, the host, is incredibly warm, attentive, and ensures everything runs smoothly throughout the stay. First ever Airbnb experience was really good. Had issue finding the place but host was very helpful and friendly. Helped me find the place. The flat was well cleaned with towels etc.

On arrival I was contacted by Aditi who, on call, explained every stay related thing in detail which made the whole experience seamless. The house was cleant and well maintained. Overall satisfied with the stay and amenities Nice place to stay. The backup in eryer saved the day as the light was off for almost the whole day. Could also use the extra curricular activities like TT, pool etc. the restaurants offer great food choices. Few areas to improve: - Sofa needs cleaning - Sliders do not lock

We had a great stay at Santy’s place. It is a beautiful place, immaculately clean and a brilliant location. A kitchen with all the items you’d need in the house. Restaurants and take away shops all within walking distance. One of the very few pet friendly Airbnb in Pune and I am sure it is the best too. Rex made this stay more enjoyable for us ..especially for my daughter.. Santy was great at communicating with us and checked we were OK during our stay. also guided us with local eateries and surroundings Highly recommended ! Thanks Santy

We had a very pleasant stay at Paradiso. Jitendra was very friendly and guided us to the place and beyond (with nearby places to visit) The property has been very well maintained and very clean. The interiors have been done very well and it gives out extremely positive vibes. Anyone planning to have a peaceful vacation, you must visit this. The terrace has excellent views and Awas beach is a 9-10 mins walk from this property

The property was so good, neat and clean and we were so comfortable there it felt like home to us. Our host Mr. Vikrant has provided us with all the basic amenities they have mentioned. First of all the facilities is pet friendly, make it a definite choice for pet parents, though it is far away from Trimbakeshwar Temple, yet it is connected with main road. Very pleasant Stay 😊
