Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Konkan Division

Farhan is an extremely responsive host, who was always just a message away. The home itself was exactly as described. We did have a slight issue with the smell of cleaning agents used to clean before we checked in but Farhan resolved that with lemongrass oil diffusers which made a huge difference. The stand-out factor for this stay is how responsive Farhan was before and throughout our stay.

Had a lovely stay. The host was really quick to respond and was always available to help. The view from the apartment was beautiful.

It was a delight to stay at Charmaine's place . We had booked the place for 7 nights and loved the place. The place is well furnished and has a full kitchen. just a couple of tips- 1. Mobile network (especially airtel and vodafone) is patchy at places 2. the nearest market for getting essentials is about 15 mins by walk 3. The nearest beaches are atleast 10 mins by a car/scooty. The view from the place is just amazing..

The place was just as in photos. Hassle free checkin. Host was easily reachable. Will definitely recommend this place

It was a lovely and homely stay. We stayed for 2 nights and Babaji was always responsive and helped us with late checkin. The place was neat and clean and best part was it was amidst the nature with beautiful view from the drawing room window. There was power backup due to which we were able to work from there and did not observed any wifi issues. There is car parking right outside the place. There is also a small grocery and wine shop in front of the place and quick food items like bread omelette was prepared by the didi ji of the grocery store. The place is little bit far away from beach but one will like the total greenery of the area. We liked our stay in there.

Firstly Nishita is a great host—- friendly. Responsive. Accommodating. Nothing is too hard The flat is very comfortable , great location easy access. We have been there before and will always return when we are in mumbai. It is home aeay from home We could go on and on…. But in a nutshell Fantastic place Thank you Nishita for making our stay comfortable

The home was extremely clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully functional with all required cutlery and gas stove. The host and caretaker were in constant communication with us throughout the stay and all issues could be resolved promptly, if any. Overall a great stay! Motivated us to book Airbnb's in the future as well.

Super property, the Infinity Pool with mountains view is amazing, The interiors are well done, neat and clean villa, well maintained, the caretaker service is very good, the chef makes very nice vegetarian food. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you.

This is a beautifully functional home that meets most international standards. It is clean & serene. The property is not stand-alone & is part of a larger compound. This has several pros & cons. By itself, this is a great place to be & we would be happy to return here someday.

Our stay was comfortable, and Tejashree's family is very co-operative and friendly. It is a very safe neighborhood and is quiet. Our needs were met promptly as and when they arose. Would recommend for family accommodation

The place is extremely beautiful, with a balcony view that never fails to leave you in a trance. It is nested away in a lush green surrounding that is very private and yet is a 5 minute ride to the beach. Our host, Parth, is incredibly cool and kept us entertained with a lively conversation spanning music to a way of living. Overall, it was a 11/10 stay, would highly recommend it.

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

This is. Perfect place located in a quiet area away from the main road. No disturbance at all. Self check in was good. Well maintained and all amenities are available here. Very comfortable apartment. I would find it difficult to point any deficiency. Highly recommended and will definitely will stay here again.
