We came with our parents and grandparent and it felt so homely. After travelling all day when we reached the place, it felt so comfortable and felt so right that we didn’t book any hotel and instead went ahead with this apartment. Deepali reached out to us even before we enquired for further details and provided all assistance so smoothly and timely. The property was easily accessible and surrounded by peaceful neighbourhood. Very well maintained and def every time we visit Pune, we’re going to stay here now on. Also the most convenient part is that there is a lift which made it very accessible to travel for my grandmother too. Thankyou Deepali for being a wonderful host.

Yaju’s place is centrally located between the north beaches of Morjim, Arambol, Ashvem and restaurants of Anjuna and Calangute. The place is quaint, easy to reach and quite comfortable. I had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend.

My Dad's childhood friends ( 2 of them and both 75+ yrs of age) were visiting Pune from Karnataka and were looking for a place to stay near Akurdi station for a night. Their specific requests were the place should have 'no-steps' due to age related challenges, toilets should be clean and easy to use, place should be easily locatable. Mr. Roy's property was perfect in all the terms. Both of them were pleased as they had a wondeful, comfortable and relaxing stay especially after they had a long and tiring road journey (the current state of Mumbai - Bangalore highway is in terrible condition). Mr. Roy is a gentleman and is readily available to answer any queries or address any issues even late in the night. Highly recommed this property if you are looking for a serene, peaceful place near Nigdi Pradhikaran. Property description mentioned by Mr. Roy matches 100%

Lovely place. Need some more cleaning in the kitchen area. But overall good experience. Assistance was prompt whenever needed. Check in and check out was easy.

I stayed at the flat hosted by Sunil during my Mumbai visit. It was exactly as shown in the photos. It was extremely clean and had all the amenities. Checkin and checkout was really smooth. It is safe place if you are coming with family. Will definitely choose this place if I have to visit Mumbai again.

Very nice and clean place well connected by public transport with nice places to eat and station also closeby. Nikhil is an excellent host. Was very understanding of our needs and very responsive.

It was good to stay with good environment and clean room with all amenities

The room is in a building in a gated community. The pin location would be the first building near the gate. You need to walk a few minutes to the actual building. There is a bed room with a privated washroom attached and a living area. Both has A/C.

It was an amazing stay. I have been here before as well and overall it’s a best place. Ritu is friendly and proactive with her responses. She is kind and polite and very welcoming in nature. Thanks for having me Ritu. Indeed looking forward to staying in again.

The place is exactly as described and shown in photos. It's a flat situated in a complex in a quiet neighborhood. place is clean and well appointed, there are q few restaurants nearby to order or walk into. nitesh was responsive and helped us through all the queries. would certainly recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet stay in Siolim.

We stayed here for 4 days… and it was a beautiful experience. Even though it is on the road, you don’t hear much, once you’re inside. The design of the cluster of houses and the flats with the foliage makes for a quiet and enjoyable stay. The only peeve we have is that it is listed in Mapusa but is in Siolim. We had booked it because we wanted to be close to a location in Mapusa, but only realised that it isn’t in Mapusa as we arrived there. Having said that, the place is superb, the staff is courteous and it ticks all the boxes. Highly recommended and we will come back again :)

The flat was spacious and clean. Also it has pool, gym and garden which were all well maintained. Daily cleaning was also available which was perfect for us since we were making home food. The host was also polite and well informed about the locality. Would love to stay again.

Was nervous while booking and before the check in as its was my first air bnb experience…. The first tour of the bnb me n the friends where so carzyyyy … as it was just upto the mark n hospitality from small stuffs like ice cubes to toothbrush… like just wowww the hygiene was just wowwwwww…. Never had second thoughts before using any of the stuffs … all over the experience was greattttt….. 🫧🫧🫧🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️🫶🏻

I highly recommend this place. it's look exactly the way the pictures are shown. Salil was very helpful and proactive. His place is a lovely house and we made some great memories. I and my husband will surely visit again.

We stayed here for two months and had a lovely time. We had everything we needed, and Sumit was super helpful whenever we wanted help. The flat is located close enough to the northern beaches, but also close enough to Porvorim and Panjim. The furnishing is very tasteful, and the kitchen has everything you'd need. The house is spacious and airy, and honestly far better than a lot of the other options around, at least at the price point!

This modern stay is brilliantly themed ,had a great time here at this thoughtfully put together place .The host made us feel like home .It had all the amenities and more than that necessary for my 3-day stay.The host took time for explaining me things and guided me for everything (local recommendations ).Everything was well arranged and neat.The mood lights and Alexa was - icing on the cake .Would highly reccomend this
