Raven's Roost Lodging - Parkside House

Parkside is a fully furnished house with 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom, a full size bed in the larger bedroom and a bunk bed with a full size on the bottom and a twin on the top in the other bedroom. It has a full kitchen with a freezer and laundry. It also has Wi‐Fi/Roku and a big TV. It's on a cul-de-sac, next to a playground with a huge deck and lots of parking. Castaway Cottage

This cozy getaway is a short walk from downtown & the waterfront, making it easy to plan your visit and not have to rely on a vehicle the whole trip. It is centrally located at the heart of Kodiak near the float plane basin & harbor and has hiking trails & night life near by. Guests can enjoy water/mountain views from the property and take a quick walk just down the road to eat at our local restaurants & bars. We are personable and live nearby and can help with any needs that arise. Enjoy!

This unit has large living room with a 70" smart tv, high speed wifi, and reclining couches. The house also has a separate dining room area for family meals. The kitchen is equipped with newly upgraded kitchen appliances, plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. *Military PCSing, we are TLA friendly.

Emerald Isle Getaway, Kodiak

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place. The home has three bedrooms & sleeps 8 guests with ease. Two rooms have full with twin top bunk beds, one room has a queen bed and if needed there is an additional air mattress available. This getaway offers all the benefits of home with heat throughout, ceiling fans in each room, and black out shades in the bedrooms for those bright Alaskan nights. It is located in the heart of it all! Close enough to everything, and yet still quaint!

This small 1-bedroom home was built in the 1940’s, and is nestled on the hill above the harbor among the close knit homes on Cope Street. Find warm Alutiiq art, and other cultural accents throughout. Amenities include WiFi, television, washer, dryer, propane stove, selection of coffee, teas and everything a single or couple needs to stay comfortable & relax during your stay in Kodiak.

If you're searching for a breathtaking views over looking the beautiful harbor in Kodiak then this is the place for you! Upstairs, a spacious lofted sitting room with vaulted ceilings has the best views - Relax with a coffee in the morning and if you're lucky you may spot a pod of orcas swimming by. Or spend time out on the deck on a sunny summer day grilling a home cooked meal. Please keep in mind you must be prepared to walk up and down stairs to access the home.
