Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Kitzbuhel

We had a great stay at Mariola's place. The property is in the small town of Raubling in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from the main road and near several markets and a great bakery. Raubling is near the foothills of the Alps so you can see tree covered hills nearby. We took day trips to Munich, Lenggries and Neuschwanstein. The property was large enough for our group of six and we made use of the indoor pool and sauna.

Great place to stay. Right behind is a beautiful lake with fantastic mountain views, which is also visible from the terrace in good weather. The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you need. Everything was clean and tidy. The check-in was flexible and the contact very friendly and reliable.

The house is exactly what our group of 14 people needed for our reunion. It was clean, had enough space, the kitchen was well equipped (it even had coffee enough for both days for all of us), beds were comfortable and the heated floors was a nice bonus. The communication with Alrike was always easy. We would definitely stay there again.

Rarely have I been able to live so centrally and cute. A gem in the middle of the village, right on the Alpbach. From here, you could explore the place and the surroundings in a star shape in all directions. Sabine communicated very easily in advance and greeted me warmly and personally on the day of arrival. The cottage is furnished with a lot of love for detail, very individual and imaginatively developed and well equipped. Rarely have I slept as well as in this bed. Thank you very much for your hospitality, dear Sabine. I would very much like to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

I've used Airbnb for years and this was the BEST place we've ever stayed! The view from the flat is amazing, especially from the hot tub on the rooftop deck. We couldn't get over the interior — the design, furnishings, etc. are beautiful. The beds are very comfortable, there's a sauna inside, Olivier was fast to respond to messages... I'm not sure what else we could have asked for. We will 100% be back to this oasis in the mountains! Thank you Markus and Oliver for such a wonderful getaway!

There were two of us on the accommodation. Everything exactly as described. Apartment is super clean. Check in everything worked smoothly. We were very, very, very, very, very, and would come back anytime and 100% recommend it with a clear conscience:)

We had a great time as guests of Harald! The space is truly exceptional. Location is quiet. In the morning you could get fresh eggs from the chicken coop. There are great tours and excursion destinations close by. For shopping we drove by car, maybe there is also something within walking distance nearby. The accommodation now has its own steam sauna, which we liked to use after long hiking tours. We will be happy to come back!

Everything is fine and exactly as described or shown in the photos! I was particularly pleased about the well-equipped kitchen. There was plenty of cutlery and crockery of everything. We will be happy to come back :-)

This apartment from Sarah in Rauris is great! It has a spacious balcony overlooking the mountains and the gondola, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a dining area. Washing machine is also available. We had everything to feel comfortable. The gondola on the Hochalm is within walking distance. Rauris and surroundings are a dream. There's something for everyone. So much to discover. Whether swimming, climbing, hiking, wellness everything is within reach. Sarah is very nice and always helped me quickly with questions. All the stars for this place and Sarah!! Definitely recommended

The place was exactly as described and we liked it very much! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. Special highlights were the sauna and the hot tub. Our dog also felt very comfortable. We would mist definitely visit again.

Mega house, super nice and very clean. Just like the pictures. Josef was super relaxed even though we came with 10 children. The children also enjoyed it very much, even with the animals there were. The autumn holidays were there. There was no end of sun every day. Was very relaxed and beautiful. The house was really lovingly furnished and you immediately felt at home. We will be back!

The apartment’s location was excellent for our needs it is very central. The balcony overlooking the mountains was great and we enjoyed sitting there at the beginning and end of our days. Verena was a great host, very responsive and had good recommendations for us. Sleeping with the windows open was fine, but in the early morning the delivery trucks do make some noise from the businesses directly below this probably a summer issue as the windows are closed during winter. Overall our stay was fine and we would recommend Verena and the apartment.

Sandra welcomed us in a super friendly way and was always available in the following days. The bun service was fantastic and also dinner at the restaurant next door was delicious and totally relaxed with excellent service. The apartment is more than well equipped and so we didn't miss anything. We felt totally comfortable because the rooms and bathrooms were clean and we could feel right at home. Breakfast on the terrace in the morning in the sun and also the barbecue in the evening were just perfect. We'd love to come back and had a wonderful holiday :)

Great apartment in a good location. Only a few minutes' walk or drive to the gondolas in the Kitzbühel Alps. We really appreciated this as a family with small children. Communication with Kristina was straightforward. If we needed anything, she was always available. We will definitely come back

It was a nice apartment in St. Johann. On foot you can reach the city center very quickly. 3-5 minutes away. The apartment has everything you need and is really modern. We were very pleased.

We felt completely comfortable in the beautiful accommodation. The apartment offered everything you needed and communication with our hosts was perfect and super friendly. The surrounding area is fantastically beautiful and offers great excursion destinations. The view of the mountains directly from the balcony is also fantastic! Lovely apartment which suited our family well. Was very warm while we stayed and whilst no air con the electronic shutters made it feel safe to have windows open at night ( beware mosquitoes though)

Our stay was exactly as advertised. Everything was clean and very well appointed. Fraser and Sonja were very friendly and accommodating. They helped us get settled, responded quickly, and were very knowledgeable about skiing and the area. I’d recommend a stay with them any time!
