Beachfront Basement with Hot Tub and Steam Room

This is a well laid out suite with one private bedroom,living room and kitchenette with bar frig, sink, microwave, coffee-maker, induction hot plate and toaster oven.Closet space, and a large bathroom with a steam room. You will have access to our hot tub with a beautiful view of the ocean and your own barBQ. Rental bike outlets nearby make it easy to get around and fun to see the sites. Easy access to UBC or down town. Everything else is a walk or bike ride away in the spring and summer months. In the winter months it is best to have a car to get around because it is a hike up a steep hill to get to the closest bus stop. Guests have their own private entrance. The suite has wifi, several Oceanside bike and walking paths in front of the house. We will provide information to guests and be available to make their visit fun and enjoyable. Walk out of the door and enjoy a stroll or bike ride on Spanish Beach, one of the longest stretches of sand anywhere. The sailing club is only a short walk away and apps like Mobibikes.ca or Car2Go make it easy to get to many attractions car or bike. Public transportation is a short walk away, if you want to bike ride there are countless bike paths that will take you as far as Stanley Park Seawall and Granville Island! Ample easy parking.25 minutes to airport. 2 hours to Whistler. 45 minutes to BC Ferries. 15 minutes to downtown. 10 minutes to UBC. Long walk or short drive to neighbourhood restaurants like Brown's, White Spot and various Italian , Greek and Japanese . Short walk to bike kayak, sailboat and Paddleboard rentals! This prime location is one of the best for site seeing and close to the beautiful UBC campus on the west side and Granville Island market and Stanley Park on the east side. In the winter months it is best to have a car because it is a hike up a steep hill to get to the closest bus stop. Also, the suite is in the basement of our home with a ventilation system in the bedroom but no windows so it is very cozy and quiet.

The Charming Yellow Lovenest - with Hot Tub

The Yellow Lovenest is a tranquil 2 bedroom beautiful garden level suite in bottom of gorgeous character house. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and bedroom 2 has a double. The beds have very comfy pillows and bedding. Bathroom comes with shower and various toiletries. Breakfast treats are also included for the first night. Use of barbecue and hot tub is included. A welcome basket filled with goodies will be waiting for you! Walking distance to a grocery store, pharmacy and tons of restaurants.

Perfect Location! Very near beach, Parking & private suite and outdoor space Walk down the hill to a quiet calm beach or walk 5/10 minutes to lively Kits beach and Yew St coffee shops, restaurants, take out and Street cafes. 10 minute walk to W. 4th Ave with Italian, French, Mexican, Middle Eastern restaurants, retail stores, groceries & pubs/bars. In the heart of downtown beside the Sheraton hotel, this beautiful space is the perfect home base for exploring Vancouver! Includes 1 underground parking spot. The condo features hardwood flooring throughout, and high end appliances and finishes. An amazing view of the city and North Shore mountains provides a great backdrop to this comfy and inviting space. Shared laundry in the building if needed. 1 quiet, small to medium size dog is ok with a $75 pet fee. Sorry cats are not allowed.

Beautiful 2-bed home with 1 sofa bed. located in Kits Point, literally 1 block from Kitsilano Beach. Mins away from Down Town with easy access for all transportation, including bus, car, bicycle and foot. The neighbourhood is well known for its great selection of local restaurants, cafes, bars and great bakeries. Only a few blocks away from 4th Ave which is famous for its excellent shopping where there are local supermarkets close by with plenty of variation, including Whole Foods.
