Family-friendly vacation rentals in Kitsilano Beach

This place was in a perfect location for going to BC Place or Rogers Arena, the arena is literally across the street. Beautiful view of the harbour and it was a great spot. Area felt safe, easy to access by train if needed too. We all agreed it was a nice spot to stay for a game. Nice shower and everything was clean and tidy. The lock could use an app to lock and unlock which was handy. We were within walking distance of downtown restaurants as well. Being on the 35th floor meant it was a little quieter. There was a Costco about a 1 min walk away too which was great for getting food and supplies. Would recommend this place to anyone. Would be good for a family of 4, a couple couples, or a group of 3-4.

We had a pleasant stay! Spacious and comfortable with more of a homely feeling. Our 2 daughters enjoyed it more than some of the more modern style bookings.

We loved staying here at. We ate from North Vancouver but living in the US these days so it was nice to be back. We had our two very young kids with us and appreciated all the toys, crib and kid friendly things at their house. The house is spacious and the backyard is great. Edgemont village (walking distance to coffee, bakery, pharmacy) was super handy. Vancouver tourist attractions nearby and quiet neighbourhood. It was great, thanks for having us!

This location was amazing. My family and 3 kids stayed here and had a perfect time exploring the city. Michi was super responsive to any questions we had. Their home was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Highly recommend as a good launching point to explore Vancouver.

If you are thinking of staying at Lauren’s House, do not hesitate - the photos do not do it justice. Lauren has great taste and my wife and I have taken one or two ideas from the way Lauren has designed and laid out the living room / kitchen. The flow of the living space is great and the oversized deck is great for relaxing and dining on. Add to that Lauren’s husband’s amazingly user friendly and consistent has bbq and you’ve got all the key ingredients for a great family holiday.

Darren is an excellent host. He is friendly, responsive, helpful, and has a great place to stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this stay to others!

Our goal for our week in Vancouver was to enjoy the love and fun of Family. We chose Tonya’s home because it had plenty of space for all eleven family members and it was only minutes away from downtown. When we arrived, Tonya and Russ were kind enough to give us a quick tour of their home’s various systems so that we could use them. Our overall first reaction was that the airbnb photos did not do their home justice. Beds and baths were fresh and spacious, and the multiple gathering areas – outside back, outside side, open kitchen and family room, downstairs game room – made it easy to engage with other members of our family. Their open kitchen was able to handle the talents of our multiple chefs. We dipped in the hot tub, played basketball, corn hole, eight-ball, and charades. Even the photos on the walls of Tonya’s family supported the theme and made us feel very welcome. We can recommend their home without reserve.

A perfect place for those wishing to stay in west Vancouver. Located super close to park Royal and the bridge to downtown. We all had great sleeps and loved seeing the sunrise each morning. Would absolutely come back

Dare I say this was the best place I have ever found on Airbnb! It is magical. Our little Cabin 2 in the forest was exactly what we needed to get away from the craziness in Vancouver leading up the our night with Taylor Swift. Reg was responsive, kind, and funny. Do not miss out on the yoga! It was relaxing and challenging, and the view from the studio was divine. My daughter and I were sad to leave the cabin and Bowen. It will always be on our minds way back in the Carolinas!

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The space was clean, well-designed, very cute and comfortable. It’s a great location being walkable distance to several restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and the SkyTrain. The little touches like having hot hair tools, umbrellas and ear plugs available for guests to use go a long way! I would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great time during our stay at Gary and Dena’s. Such a beautiful home in a great location with a short trip to downtown. The suite was comfortable and private and nicely stocked. We would love to stay again on a future trip to Vancouver!

It was the second time that we stayed at Antony’s. A great place with beautiful surroundings and quiet. We’ll come back again if visiting Vancouver.

Very unique property and great place for 2 couples and our adult son. Had all the tools we needed to make a good breakfast with a nice espresso machine. We would definitely stay again.

One of my all time favorite stays. Tabitha is a wonderful host and her place is perfect. Highly recommend and I hope to be back for a visit. Peaceful, comfortable, beautiful property, close to restaurants, grocery stores and an excellent bus system. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

Tanya was always quick to respond and answered all my calls on the first time. The place was very clean and nice and quiet. I loved that the place was in a gated community with codes to get in. It made me feel safe.

Lovely, spacious home with breathtaking views. Hot tub was a big hit! Ages of our group were in their 20’s, 50 and 80’s and we all felt comfortable and had a great time.

Shea’s place was incredible, it was so cozy, well decorated and the views of English Bay from the apartment were nice. We stayed overnight for a concert in Vancouver and it was the perfect spot being close to great restaurants on Davie. The rooftop patio is also a great feat! Shea was a wonderful host, friendly and super hospitable. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Ryan is a super host and his apartment had the best location for the event we attended at BC Place. 5-10 minute walk. His apartment is literally stocked with everything for a great stay. Right across the street from great grocery store so you can whip up some food if you want to stay in. He also left wine and chocolate and a fridge with some drinks. His kitchen is well stocked with spices and all the equipment you need. He has supplied the pad with a notebook of instructions. Highly recommend his place. We hope to stay again. Vancouver is a blast!!!

Lesley and Adam were amazing hosts to interact with. They remained extremely responsive and had great recommendations! Highly recommend this unit to anyone going to Rogers Arena or BC Place, right next door!! Costco is nearby for stocking up and we had great walks to Gastown and local restaurants! Also, the listing mentions a washer and "drying rack", but they have installed a dryer in unit, which is great! I will be back here again next time i'm in BC!

The space was an amazing place to stay for our visit to Vancouver. It was close to BC Place, and everything around Vancouver. The access to parking and entry into the apartment was very convenient. I highly recommend this place.

What a perfect place to stay! Went to a concert at Roger’s Arena, and was super happy to stay here. I took at uber, but you could easily walk to Roger’s from here. The rooftop pool and hot tub were a big plus:) There’s also a lovely waffle place a couple doors down for breaky!

Very comfortable home. I know some people might find the bed in a closet weird, but the pictures appropriately captured that. Plus it was great for our kids because we didn't need to worry about early wake ups because the room stayed dark! And gave them a separate sleep space. We really appreciated the AC units. Everything was great!

We had a comfortable stay with Ann. She offered many baby friendly things for us which made our stay that much more enjoyable. Recommended for families!
