Bright & sunny downstairs 2 bedroom suite forms part of a 1912 heritage home in KITSILANO/POINT GREY. Updated in 2018 but still retaining quirky features such as wooden floors upstairs & window frames in the suite . Situated 3 blocks from beach & 1 block from 4th Ave. Friendly area, close to UBC & downtown. Home is divided into 3 levels. We live on main level with long term tenants on upper floor. Free parking on street or 1 car at back. Close to bus routes. Best location for visiting Vancouver.

This 1 bedrm suite offers a separate entrance, kitchenette for simple reheating of food , Instapot,hotplate for light cooking, washer dryer,a bathtub in the bathroom for relaxing and unwinding after a full day of exploring the city. Use of a pullout bed for different sleeping needs. Watch Netflix Amazon when you login & watch on TV. An outdoor space to enjoy a cup of coffee or a meal when it's nice weather.

Quiet, relaxing space in Kits Point

We are located in beautiful Kits Point just a few blocks to the beach and many wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. Enjoy a leisurely stroll to Granville Island or hop on an aqua bus to take you to the West End. A nice half hour to 45 walk from our home will take you downtown. The bus stop is a convenient 5 minute walk. ALTHOUGH THE SUITE DOES NOT HAVE A KITCHEN it has a bar fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and kettle as well as dishes and utensils. Unsuitable for children under 5.

Bright Kingsize Suite 1 block from Kits Beach!

Perfect Location! Very near beach, Parking & private suite and outdoor space Walk down the hill to a quiet calm beach or walk 5/10 minutes to lively Kits beach and Yew St coffee shops, restaurants, take out and Street cafes. 10 minute walk to W. 4th Ave with Italian, French, Mexican, Middle Eastern restaurants, retail stores, groceries & pubs/bars. Downtown, UBC 15- 20 minutes by bus! The bus is 1 block away and (cleaning with antibacterial/disinfectants for your safety.) One largish room.

Check our reviews! Wonderfully located in an award winning, completely re-developed heritage home on a tree-lined street on west side of Vancouver. The exterior is refinished as it was in 1912 , and the inside is all new. The location is superb; easy transit everywhere; airport, downtown, UBC, VGH, etc.. Half a block to the Arbutus Greenway bike/walking path, to city bike share, to bus services, to an new supermarket, plus loads of restaurants and retail within 15 minutes walking.

New lovely private home away from home. Large window facing north. New house. A private entrance leads directly to the room, private en-suite with a glass walk-in rain shower and hand shower.
