Enjoyed staying at Peter's flat, very comfortable. Was working in the area for a few days and it was great to be able to cook and cater for myself rather than eating out all the time. Central location and great for going for walks in the evenings. Added bonus a parking space!

I had a fantastic stay at Fleur’s flat in St. Neots. It is in the perfect location. It is in the heart of the town, less than a minute's walk to Market Square. You can walk to everything… restaurants, shops, cafes, park, marina, train station, etc.. The apartment was as described, and the photos were accurate. It was very clean. Clean linens and towels were provided. The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. The common space might be tight if you have 4 people, but not an issue. Check-in and check-out were very simple. I was given good instructions and the keys were left in a convenient lockbox. Communication with Fleur was very efficient. This was only my fourth experience using Airbnb, but I would say by far my best experience. I highly recommend this space if you want to be in St. Neots. I hope to stay here again someday. Great location, near city centre and many nearby eateries by the waterfront

The apartment is very well appointed with a great view over Ipswich Marina with the bonus of some fabulous sunsets too. The apartment is spacious for a two-bedroom accommodation and the two bathrooms are a definite advantage. The host, Martin, was very supportive and attentive to our needs throughout the stay with prompt and friendly communication. I would certainly recommend this apartment and would look to book again for future stays in Ipswich.

The views from the apartments are just phenomenal at any time of day you can watch the world go by, see the sunrise and the sunset with a glass of wine in your own comfortable and private space. The location is set right on the promenade with your own parking space supplied by the booking and from there, you can walk everywhere in Cromer to all the facilities including pubs, restaurants, the pier, cafés, bars etc. Park the car and leave it there for your whole stay, Cromer has really good bus and train links up and down the coast. Excellent walking from the apartment across the coast paths: turn left and walk for about an hour for Craigie Bottoms restaurant (excelkent seafood) or turn right on the coast path and do a long circular walk towards Gunton (3-4hours) where there is spectacular countryside, easy walking and some fabulous country pubs. This apartment is of an excellent quality, perfectly located and the host is very friendly, would highly recommend for a quality stay.

Anna’s was such a wonderful place to stay for a few days. Very private and quiet, but close to so many attractions if one decided to be adventurous. The space was clean, warm and welcoming. And the hot tub was just the icing on the cake after a long day exploring. We would definitely stay here again and happily recommend to friends and family.

We had a great stay. The apartment was exactly as described and was perfectly situated for easy walking to the town centre and the riverside. The owner was very responsive to my communications. I would definitely use this apartment again.

Zoe’s place was great. Walking distance to the best Lincoln attractions and beautiful views of the sunset. Zoe left all the instructions for the house and recommendations for restaurants as well.

We had a lovely stay the location is stunning on the river with amazing views from the hot tub. The property itself is great, lovely bedrooms and communal spaces. The balcony is lovely to set and relax. We have already booked to go again .

A lovely, well equipped clean accomodation. Ian very efficient when needing to change a light bulb, responsive and prompt. Stayed 4 nights, visiting friends, short walk to the beach. Definately would stay again, great location, supportive host, superb accomodation. Only restriction is no access to back of building. Overall a recommended stay and thoughtfully detailed accomodation with extra touches such as shower gel shampoo, cleaning products and refreshments.

Me my husband and our dog ted stayed at lees place for 4 nights. we had a wonderful time the house is a beautiful space within walking distance to local shops restaurants bars and most of all the beach. Our stay was very nice quiet and exactly what we needed. Lee also left us some wine and snacks which was a lovely little welcome treat. If your looking for a beautiful house within close proximity to the beach then I'd highly recommend lees house. We enjoyed using the juke box and the array of board games in the house. It was just a wonderful weekend to reset and relax and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Lee 😊 🙏

Really enjoyed our stay- very clean, clear instructions with self check in and just a 1 minute walk to the marina. We requested a cot for our baby which was all set up when we arrived. We would definitely stay again when in the area!

The views out to the sea are beautiful and ever-changing. This is a thoughtfully designed property in a lovely spot. The kitchen is well-furnished and it is useful to have the washer and dryer in the utility room in the basement.

This was our second stay at this wonderful property. The location is amazing and the area is so peaceful. The garden is an absolute sun trap. The property was so clean, the beds are really comfortable, lots of little extras that make it a complete home from home. We are already discussing our next visit, this will be a regular rental for our family, we love it.

A beautiful house in a stunning location set on the lake. It exceeded our expectations. The accommodation was spotless, warm, spacious and comfortable with the most outstanding views. Wonderful location for my solo week away. Near local amenities but riverside location. Wonderfully welcoming hosts with plenty of local knowledge and suggestions.

A lovely apartment on two floors, at the top of a beautiful Georgian building. We used the round room inside the rotunda at the front to have breakfast whilst watching ships on the river and out at sea.

Lovely spot, very close to the front. Very comfy, with everything you need for the stay. Little sun trap spot in the garden is lovely in the morning. Totally recommended.

this is a great little find in an ideal location, near to beach, shop, pub/restaurant, tea room and fish and chip shop. the accomodation was spotless and had loads of little extras like welcome pack, sauces, tea coffee salt pepper, jams butter, toiletries etc. it also had a small private back garden with multiple seating areas , we would highly recommend this accommodation and look forward to our next visit Thankyou 😁

We had a lovely stay at Helen’s place near Oulton Broad for 3 nights with the kids and the dog. Lovely little attention to detail with dog treats and dog bowls left out, also some treats for the humans. Thanks!

It’s okay to pull right up and unload all of your stuff right in front of the iron gate. It’s a pretty melow and sleepy seaside yown concerning such matters. Host said up to ten minutes parking there should be okay. Note that the road that the apartment entrance is located on is a single-lane “alleyway” and easy to pass right by. Comingbfrom Sainsburys and heading down Nicholas Road, it is the small street just before the light at Regent Street. You can ise the Just Park app to park at Sainsburys cheaply, but recommend parking at the southern edge of the parking lot in some of the wider family spaces. I got a major ding on the side of my car from parking in the busier section of the parking lot for several days.
