Tiny house vacation rentals in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Wonderful lodge, beautiful surroundings, outdoor space was excellent. Hosts were proactive in providing any information we might need. The lodge was clean and tidy with a very well equipped kitchen with everything you would need to dine either inside the lodge or in the excellent outside space. Hot tub was clean and easy to use. Secure garden for our dogs was great, they were safe and there was no way of them escaping the garden. Would definitely stay again.

We had the best stay at Mim's shepherd hut! Very cosy, had everything we needed and felt very private for the main house as there are no windows overlooking om the garden side :) It was 2 minutes walking to the local shop and pub and 4 mins drive into Cromer for anything else. Thanks for such a wonderful stay, I would definitely come back!

Beautiful place in such a lovely, peaceful setting. I was away for a short break with my dog & loved visiting Wells beach which was only a few minutes drive away.

claire and Steve were amazing hosts very welcoming and made us feel right at home enjoyed every aspect of their beautiful place amazing woodland and pond onsite created by Steve himself that was mind blowing the children loved playing out doors and watching the hens 😉 the dogs were friendly too we will definitely be back again can't wait 👍

What a wonderful stay! This was the perfect countryside getaway. My friend and I wanted to have a weekend to relax and read and this could not have been more perfect. It was so charming and quiet. The location is in such a cute village with so many beautiful walks and areas to explore. Judith and Richard were fantastic and welcoming hosts, it was great to get to meet them during our stay. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

We had an amazing time, and were so lucky to stay in such a historic and unique house. Lots of very well maintained paths for lengthy dog walks - including a lovely pub an easy half hour walk away in Bildeston. A fantastic house to stay in.

We enjoyed a weekend away at Aquarius. It was spotlessly clean, and a light, modern style. For a compact space Susan has maximised it so with many homely touches - hooks for towels, wardrobes in each room, space for toiletries in the bathroom, well placed tables, mirrors and a well stocked kitchen. The shower has good pressure and stays plenty warm, and we were glad for hand soap at each sink and toilet paper. Everything was presented beautifully and immaculately, and we were grateful for our welcome pack goodies! The outside space is lovely and a comfortable little sun trap and we found the site to be private and peaceful, we all slept really well. We loved the beach and our 14 and 11 year old children loved exploring there and flying kites. We found it a great base for nearby Southwold and Great Yarmouth and had two fantastic days out. We 100% recommend Aquarius, and Susan as a lovely, friendly host who made it a fantastic AirBnB experience. Thank you!

Had a great time, lovely place to stay for a weekend with our toddler. Would definitely stay here again, the chalet was lovely and well-equipped, and the site was quiet. Enjoyed the seaside decor and thankfully we had good weather during our stay so we could enjoy the beach. Beach hut is great for convenience, was glad to have somewhere to keep our stuff while on the beach. Big step down from the beach hut meant it wasn't really suitable for relaxing in with a 2 year old but that wasn't an issue as she wanted to be on the sand all the time anyway. Beds were very comfy and we particularly enjoyed reading the book of Lincolnshire folk tales and riddles in the evening when our daughter was in bed.

Norfolk perfection! Such a tranquil setting so quiet and peaceful, but easy to find with off road parking. Exceeded our expectations, the cottage is beautifully decorated, so very well equipped everything you can think of and more. Soft fully towels, very comfortable bed with the most luxurious bed linen. 5* all the way, highly recommend!

This was a last minute weekend break and we weren't sorry we booked it. Such a lovely place and so nice and quiet, just what we and our dogs needed to get away from everyday life. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed and Camilla was always quick to respond to messages. We found it a bit difficult to find so I would suggest a clear sign at least at the foot of the dirt track x Thank you Camilla for a wonderful break xx

What a beautiful stay - From start to finish everything was easy. The barn had everything we needed and was very clean. Super peaceful with wildlife around, close to the shops/beach. Hot tub was perfect and kept on top of. 100% would recommend and would stay here again. Thank you.

We loved our stay at Claire's cabin. It was me, my husband and our 2 year old and we had so much fun - we were really lucky with the weather and it was lovely to play outside. Everything was as described and we just let ourselves in and off we went. Unfortunately we didn't get to meet Claire but she sent us clear instructions prior to our arrival. Would definitely stay again.

Christian and Jo were brilliant hosts...warm, friendly, welcoming and helpful. A perfect place for 1-3 nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the little cottage was absolutely delightful. Jo had thought of everything, from breakfast cereals, bread, butter, honey and milk to snacks. A very clever and creative use of every available nook and cranny, most impressive and tastefully done. Spotlessly clean, cosy and comfy. We'll most definately be back when visiting friends in the local area. Thank you both very much. We also loved the beautiful kittens and cats playing in the pretty garden!

An amazing chilled out 2 days away and far exceeded our expectations. We knew it was going to be nice from the photos and description but the photos really don’t do it justice. It couldn’t be a more perfect place to get away from it all. The dogs absolutely loved it too. Thanks and we will be back!

We loved getting out of the city and spending a few nights in the beautiful, tranquil space that Martin has created. We booked the night before and Martin was super accommodating and helpful with great communication. Check in was easy, with very clear instructions, the place itself is unbelievable, a perfect place to relax, listen to the river and watch the wildlife. We didn't manage to see them, but we heard the otters both nights, they make a very cute noise! The inside is just as perfect, with everything you need, including an incredibly comfortable bed, full kitchen, hot shower, and plenty of space even for a 6ft + person. On checkout Martin spent 20 minutes showing us the various cameras and spots he has setup down the river to keep an eye on the wildlife which we really appreciated. We definitely plan on coming back, hopefully in the summer, thanks so much Martin!

This is a beautiful shepherd’s hut which is cozy and comfy inside with private space around the hut to sit and enjoy the sunshine and countryside. The additional hut with bathroom was excellent and scrupulously clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable and having a barbecue to use was wonderful.

I very much enjoyed the stay. The cabin had everything I needed after a day of cycling. I’d definitely stay again!

Enjoyable stay, responsive host. Village is nice with good amenities although note the butchers is now permanently closed!

We had a lovely stay at one of the lodges at Chaucer Barn. The grounds were beautiful, lots of privacy between lodges! Would highly recommend

Had a wonderful long weekend stay at the Bluebell cottage and really loved it. It was very quiet and private. The cottage itself was very cozy and squeaky clean. We loved the peacful deck overlooking the pond, the coal BBQ (remember to bring some coal :) and a highlight was the wood burning hot tub. There were lots of great walking trails and many endearing towns to pop too for shops and pubs. We would definitely stay here again.

First solo trip and what an amazing little place this was! Bed was quite tall so had to jump on (only 5ft haha) but was super comfortable ☺️ The garden is a sun trap and we were very lucky to get such nice weather. Lanka was sunbathing on the decking each evening and was so lovely just leaving the door open and listening to the birds. Met Amy and she recommended Bourne Woods 10 minutes up the road which was brilliant for when it was a little too warm for a walk. Will definitely be rebooking in the future 😊
