Monthly Rentals in Kings Grant

This was my first experience with Airbnb and it was easy. Everything went smoothly. It was a nice quiet space everything is easy to use and it’s close to everything but not so close you have to listen to it it was perfect for me and my family thanks again if I go back to the area I’ll be booking here

Clean, great location, wonderful hosts, and amazing for dogs!

We had an amazing stay at Aaron’s place. The house was so charming, the neighborhood was really walkable & felt like something out of a movie. The fenced in backyard was my pups favorite part! It’s only 20 minutes away from the beach and has great restaurants close by! If we find ourselves in the area we will definitely be back!.

We stayed here for a long weekend and really enjoyed it, the suite is as described and in a quiet neighborhood - the location is a short drive to all parts of Wilmington and Wrightsville. We'll be checking for availability next time we're in town!
