Monthly Rentals in Kimberton

This was our second stay at Kathleen's while visiting family in the area and we are already looking forward to booking again next year! The space is so clean, comfortable, and private despite being just above their detached garage. We haven't needed to use the kitchen either visit, but it appears to be stocked with the essentials. The Keurig coffee, tea, refrigerated water and welcome treat have all been greatly appreciated. We had our very mobile toddler with us and the stairs to the main living/sleep space had us nervous, but Kathleen was kind enough to provide a pressure mounted baby gate (took a little rigging because the baseboards at the top of the steps prevented a level wall surface for mounting). The space is otherwise fairly childproof, but extra vigilance is required with the stairs with little ones. We highly recommend Kathleen's space for trips to the Downingtown area!!

Our stay at East Central Ave far exceeded our expectations! The suite was incredibly spacious, offering a comfortable and peaceful retreat. Despite being a basement unit, the private entrance, full bathroom, ample windows, and lovely patio made it feel more like a standalone apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials. The location was ideal—it is only a short walk to shops, restaurants, walking trails, and the Paoli train station; everything we needed was within reach. Between Home Cooked and the Mediterranean Market, there are lots of healthy clean fully prepped eating choices for eating in. If you want to venture out, TJ's is within walking distance. In addition to the perfect location, what truly set this stay apart were the thoughtful amenities. Our host considered virtually every detail and the high-quality WiFi made remote work seamless. We have at least two more stays planned in the coming months.

Adorable farm. Enjoyed watching all the life go by—dogs, chickens, hawks, kids getting riding lessons, and of course horses. Comfortable and dark bedroom, lovely porch to sit on. Appreciated the snacks and toiletries.

We truly enjoy staying here. We spent 10 days here this time and felt right at home. It's a very comfortable apartment and it's in a great location. There are 2 nice restaurants very close by plus an excellent park (which our pup loves) and a great local market. Susan is a terrific host who has thought of everything a traveler would need to be comfortable. We will seek to book again next time we visit the area.
